If I could give this 11 out of 10 I would. What I love most about this gem of a hotel is that it doesn’t feel like you’re at a hotel or a resort, but like you’re staying in a super glamorous private home of your super glamorous friend. We stayed for 5 days, and it was heaven. They pick you up from the airport, with the super friendly Rueben, and then you get swept into this garden jungle paradise with lovely romantic burres (you feel like you’re in a Taylor Swift music video) in the middle of a jungle / bush tranquility. There’s a bar and great restaurant on site - and if you can’t find anyone at the bar to make you a drink you can just WhatsApp the manager and they’ll bring drinks to you - and a great pool and fantastic location to the airport. But hands down the best part is the host, the owner Mrs B, who is quite possibly one of the most exceptional hosts & all round superstars we’ve ever met. She went out of her way to make sure we had an amazing time, from organising Fijian curry to be made that night at the restaurant so we could try it, to making sure breakfast stayed open late when we slept in, and just hanging out and having incredible chats. She’s absolutely phenomenal and made our visit super magical. She’s a true star.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Harmony Heights,and I can honestly say it felt like a home away from home. The place was clean, cozy and inviting. The owners were incredibly helpful and responsive, making sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The amenities added to our experience, as we enjoyed having Wi-Fi and access to Netflix during our downtime. One of our highlights was the nice teracce with breathtaking views of the ocean, where we spent many relaxed moments. My family and I truly loved our stay at Harmony Heights, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Lautoka. We will definitely be back!

    I enjoy getting far away from the tourist crowds when I travel to the islands, especially to see the people of the land and their way of life. Lautoka is an awesome place to get an insight of the beautiful Fijian culture, its people and community, and the real Fiji. You can count on many big smiles and ‘have a blessed day’s as you wander around the streets and parks. Life is simple here, just as it should be 💕

    Lovely to see village life out of town , market , shops dutyfree, do activities on other islands and outside of lautoka. Great Chinese restaurant main town , Pizza at lautoka hotel, life cafes serve great cheap tasty meals .

    the 2nd largest city in Fiji, quiet and unassuming during the christmas week. The town is only open to a mall and a few shops during public holidays and one is assured of a bright blue sky and sun through out the day.

    Not much of a tourist vibe, nice to see the real Fijian side of the island. People very friendly but taxis happy to charge more than they should. A couple days to relax is enough but wouldn't plan the whole holiday around this area, 3 day's of your trip is more than enough.

    Landers Bay is set in a very quiet isolated location, a taxi is required to visit anywhere but well worth it. The accommodation was lovely and the beach, bar, restaurants were a minutes walk from our room. A great place to unwind and just relax. We had quite a bit of rain but being warm rain, it did not matter. We did not visit Lautoka as were happy staying at the resort.

    Lautoka is thriving hustling busy town with everything you need. Great clothes shops and the markets are good also. Not much to see in Lautoka besides the markets and shops. Main attractions are near Nadi but if you want to visit the islands you can depart from Anchorage Resort..

    I liked everything about Tanoa. The staff were friendly and helpful. Our rooms were exactly what we paid for and also location. My parents arrived first, and they couldn't have been more accommodating. We had rooms on the 2nd floor, but because my parents are both elderly and both had walking sticks, they relocated our rooms on ground level. Thanks, Tanoa Hotel.

    Fiji Orchid is a hidden gem in a magical tropical forest. The hotel is tiny and has a very familial feel. The staff are exceptionally kind address clients by name - even the dogs and cats on the property have names! The bungalows are simple and stunning as is the bar/restaurant/patio area. The pool area is gorgeous.

    The apartment itself was very cozy and had AC units in both rooms, as well as the living room (much needed with the Lautoka heat which we are not used to). We booked at the very last minute before our drive down to Lautoka and were accommodated instantly. The apartment was clean and ready for us.
