Patricia, her mum and children were wonderful! I loved staying in their home and felt like part of a family. They were very kind, welcoming and friendly. Patricia cooked me a delicious lunch and dinner and breakfast. It was a local cuisine, big portion and very tasty. I would come again!

We had a fantastic stay; the Coral Coast has everything you need. There’s a beautiful beach perfect for walking or snorkeling, a nice pool to relax in, and comfortable sunbeds. The rooms are lovely and spacious. There’s a fully equipped kitchen if you want to cook, but there are also a couple of restaurants offering a huge variety of options, and a grocery store just across the road.

I thought everything was fabulous, the Fijian staff are just the most beautiful people , always friendly and caring , I can’t fault any of them . They work so hard and I really do hope the owners of this establishment are looking after them well, because , as an Australian, I would be very disappointed if they weren’t looking after the people that make this resort a beautiful place to stay. We were placed on beach front. Bura was just the right size for a couple, it was clean and the bed was so comfortable, fresh towels when needed tea and coffee facilities provided staff were so friendly and helpful. It was located off the main road but if you needed a lift to road staff would take you , anything you needed just ask !!!! When we left staff sang us a traditional Fiji song to wish us well on our way , it was so touching.

Crusoe’s Retreat is a small boutique-style property situated on Fiji’s famous Coral Coast. This small resort offers bungalow accommodation surrounded by tropical gardens and white sandy beaches.

Crusoe’s is definitely a hidden gem. The location is beautiful. We loved that there’s a restaurant area overlooking the beach. We have been to another resort on the coral coast since and it’s no where near as good as Crusoe’s. The local village next door is great for a visit as you really get the feel of the local Fijian culture. All the staff are so welcoming and go above & beyond to make your stay enjoyable. The friendliest people we’ve met in Fiji! You really do leave feeling part of the family. We will definitely recommend Crusoe’s to friends and family.
