From the moment we arrived at Beana Laponia, we were welcomed with warmth and kindness by an exceptional team who made us feel right at home. The food was simply next-level amazing—every meal was a delicious, different each day, and bursting with incredible local flavors. The Jerusalem artichoke soup was an absolute standout, and even the meals served during the safaris were delicious and thoughtfully prepared, making every experience feel extra special. The variety of activities and tours was fantastic, offering a perfect mix of adventure and relaxation. From snowshoeing to snowmobiling, everything was well organized, ensuring we could fully embrace the beauty of Lapland. But without a doubt, the highlight of our trip was the husky tour—the dogs completely stole our hearts! The thrill of gliding through the pristine, snowy landscapes with these incredible dogs was pure magic, they’re all so loveable! The villa was very beautiful and Katja is a wonderful person! There was a little welcome present, a short introduction and the day trip to the farm was our highlight. The villa had everything we needed and even more. We were a group of 6 and hat enough space for everyone. We had an amazing stay and the host was fantastic! Not only did he was super responsive, but he also let us borrow his snowmobile and spent a full morning coming to the house to make an open fire in the forest were we grilled sausages and listening to stories about Finland and the area. It was truly amazing and we are so greatful for this amazing experience!!! The house is super cosy and looks exactly as in the images and we loved the location about 30 min from Rovaniemi and with the Forrest just behind the house.
