Very friendly staff. Robel Menberu is very helpful. Free airport shuttle. A New year celebration 🎉 was organized by the staff and they did teach me how to dance 🕺🏽 Shitaye is my second home and I will come again.

Human size hotel with nice and reactive staff. My room was big and clean. I also had a kitchen. The free on demand airport shuttle was very convenient and fast . The hotel is both downtown and conveniently located close to the airport. Buffet breakfast was varied but could be more tasty.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist specially Mrs HANNA and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.
