So much better in real life! It was excellent from start to finish. A gorgeous little haven 10 minutes walk from the centre of Tui. A wonderful family run hotel that offered the most extensive breakfast and hospitality. The host was so kind to let us store our bikes until they were collected. The house and surrounding area was an idyllic retreat that you'd expect to pay a lot more for. Fantastic value for money and perfect night pit stop on the camino

I was late checking in but nothing was a problem for Sergio. Got my bike to basement. Next day assisted with directions and he was most helpful. Room great, breakfast was exceptional

It's clean and comfortable. It's a quirky place to stay. You enter your room through a garage door and interact with staff through a porthole in your wardrobe. This is also where your food is delivered. About 10 mins from the Camino although I don't think pilgrims are the usual visitors.

The breakfast and staff could not be better! The food was fresh and delicious, almost anything you might think of was offered...even churros! We so enjoyed our visit to this extraordinary Parador. The space and overall comfort of the apartment was great. Great area for hanging washing and relaxing. We were only given two towels between us for a 2 night stay, but when we contacted Maria she brought us more after she finished her work, which was very kind of her.

    Tui is a beautiful town located near the border with...

    Tui is a beautiful town located near the border with Portugal. Ideal location for our rest day while walking the Camino Portuguese. The town is full of history and oozes charm and character. There are plenty of great places to eat or simply people watch in a cafe. Everything we wanted to do was in easy walking distance of our accommodation.

    Tui was gorgeous, wish I could have stayed longer than one...

    Tui was gorgeous, wish I could have stayed longer than one quick night but was meeting up with friends on the Camino and had to move on. So many good restaurants as well and the river walk is lovely! If you're on the Camino, stop at Albergue Ideas Peregrinas for their breakfast. It's a full-service cafe with strong coffee and American breakfasts with the nicest toasted baguettes. They have a store as well attached with Camino provisions - ponchos, poles with rubber tips, hats, shorts, wool socks, all high quality.

    Very historic old town.

    Very historic old town. It used to be the capital of Galicia. Beautiful cathedral. Location next to Mindo river makes it very special as well. Strolling along the river, with Tui lingering above was a delight.

    This was our favourite Alburgue on our travels, with a beautiful cafe and shop downstairs, located centrally in Tui - i would implore anyone travelling through this town to stay here. Friendly staff too!
