Personal was so nice and polite, breakfast was amazing!! Pools were great as well. Being able to rent a car in the lobby was a solution. Rooms of the hotel are great. Stayed for a week. Was perfect.

We had an amazing stay! We got upgraded to a beautiful room. Great facilities - the pools were huge with lots of sun beds, the gym was open 24/7. Unfortunately the spa facilities were closed for refurbishment but otherwise they had everything we could have wanted. Delicious food for breakfast and the Melvin restaurant was outstanding. The shuttle service was super helpful and even drove us to the beach! We would definitely come back and recommend to anyone.

The staff were outstanding, everyone I spoke to was super accommodating and wanted to help. They have 4 pools including a kiddie pool. Food was good. Fantastic location, about 10 min walk along the promenade to shops/bars although we didn't leave the hotel very often.
