The staff was super welcoming and generously gave add-ons to make our stay super pleasant (since it was our anniversary). Full props to super friendly front desk people especially Juan. Gem of a person. Since Pacha was closed it being off-season, we had full access to the other lounge Lio which was equally a great exclusive club experience.

10/10 The location was amazing, the staff was so kind that they offered to keep my bags longer just as i shared that i had a late flight! The pictures don’t do justice to the place, it really is very beatifully decorated with great room amenities. Will be coming back!

Great pool, very clean hotel, great location away from the hustle and bustle. Short stroll to Ibiza town and in the opposite direction towards playa den bossa. Staff were very friendly and accommodating.

Book this hotel! It was one of, if not THE, best hotels I've ever stayed in. The location. The views. The staff. The room. Everything was spectacular. It made our stay in Ibiza. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff who seemed genuinely happy to work there and more than happy to drive us down to the port whenever we needed and collect us again at the end of the day. This is a shuttle service they offer by the way as the hotel is at the top of the old town and can be a bit of a climb but perfectly doable if you enjoy the 10-15 min walk. The pool area is stunning with great music, fluffy towels and a bar. The room and bed was really spacious and comfortable. The Le Labo products such a nice touch in the large bathroom and walk in shower. I cant speak more highly of this hotel and the team. Will definitely go back!
