It is a new spacious accommodation with all the modern facilities and conveniently located. The kitchen was fully stocked with even some guddies for the guests and the linen was immaculately cleaned. The property is managed professionally and I would recommend it for anyone planning to visit Barcelona

Super easy to arrange everything with the owner. The place is exactly like in the description. It’s got absolutely everything you need, even if you plan to stay for a month. The train and bus station to get to downtown Barcelona is just 4 minutes away. Everything’s close by and the neighborhood is nice and pretty quiet.

It was clean, comfortable and had all the essentials. Train, bus and metro are at the foot step. Many local shops and eateries (also Alcampo mart 5 min walk away). We prefer Badalona beach which is 1 stop by train. The centre is 25 min by train. The owner was responsive and helpful to any queries. We prefer the area as it is less touristy

    The apartment has a very nice location, but the response to...

    The apartment has a very nice location, but the response to requests is very weak. We faced a problem with the air conditioners, and no one contacted us until the next day, when the coffee machine was not working. We reported it, but there was no response during our 10-day stay. The apartment needs some maintenance, in addition to the presence of insects.

    Staff were all very helpful - there was a 24 hour snack service if required i did not use this service -value for money - private bathroom - compact but functional - lift working - internet offered but i did not use that service - small but sufficient continental breakfast to start the day was included but check your booking - i would rebook if i visit barcelona again

    Good budget friendly place to stay while visiting Barcelona.

    Good budget friendly place to stay while visiting Barcelona. Plenty of local shops and restaurants within walking distance. Has a Metro station from where its easy to reach any other part of Barcelona. After spending two nights there, in my opinion, it seems like a safe area with a low crime rate.

    Terrible hosts.

    Terrible hosts. Failed to meet at agreed check in, and 2.5 hours late. Ignored communications. Description inaccurate - 50 steps to climb with cases. Smaller than photos suggest. So bad we did not stay a single night but moved to a better accommodation. Trying to get a refund but host lied to booking for com.

    Lots of great restaurants within walking distance at a lower price point than we found elsewhere in Barcelona. Most places closed pretty early which was unfortunate with jet lag, but there were a couple restaurants open till midnight and a 24 hour market.

    We asked for a different room because the first one smelled...

    We asked for a different room because the first one smelled of cigarettes. The second one still did but a bit less so we figured this would be the best we could get. The room has direct view to the highway, the air conditioning probably hasn’t been cleaned for a decade, so I got an allergic reaction from it. Breakfast is just a sandwich, coffee and juice from the bar downstairs. They say they have Parking but is always “full” so we had to pay 18 euros per day to park the car. Super super overpriced for the area and the overall experience. It was fairly clean. Would not stay here again, neither would recommend it.

    If you’re looking for something outside of the city centre but still close to amenities, this is a great choice. Lidl is a 10 minute walk away, with a variety of smaller convenience shops right on the doorstep. Metro is a short walk away too. Great fridge, dishwasher, TV, washer and dryer - had everything needed for an extended stay. The two balconies are a lovely touch and the pool is a really nice addition - a lot of great sun traps!

    Highly recommended! We were a group of 7, including 3 children aged 6 to 12. Very pleasant cooperation. Despite our late arrival, the host was waiting for us at the apartment. The apartment itself was cozy and clean, with everything we needed. A spacious balcony, and shops and restaurants nearby. We walked to the metro. I truly recommend it!

    Yeah overall was really nice! The hotel staff also really kind and helpful. The value for its price was incredible! It is a little bit far from tourist center, but using a nearby Metro, not really a problem.
