Superb range of dishes at breakfasts and dinners, closeness of lovely beach, delightful bistro looking over the beach, quality spa facilities, varied wellness offerings, friendliness and helpfulness of the team. closeness to the Parc Natural de s'Albufera so excellent for viewing wildlife (including flamingos). We also visited Cap de Formentor to see Eleonora's falcons. We recorded over 80 species of birds and saw fish, dragonflies and flowering plants. High environmental aims, recycling etc.

It was one of the top all-inclusive hotels we have ever visited. The employees, particularly the animation crew and restaurant staff, impressed us with their friendliness and helpfulness. The buffet had incredible food with many choices and themed dinners. Perhaps we anticipated a greater selection of a la carte restaurants, however overall it was ok. Lovely pools, numerous activities for children, gorgeous beach in close proximity.

I have to say that I was pretty impressed. The place was next to the sea, the swimming pools were great, it was very family friendly and staff was nice! The place was also a short car ride for major things to see - Pollença Alcúdia formentor. It was fully catering for our needs as tourists but also without being too touristic. Our room was also good!

We got a big surprise after getting to the hotel, for some reason we've got a much better room with a terrace and jacuzzi! This made our stay amazing from the day 1. The personnel is polite and pleasant from the receptionists to the pool guy who changes the towels. The room is great, although a bit uncomfortable shower, we needed to get used to it in order for the water not to be spilled everywhere. The bed is big and the mattress is amazing for the back! Conditioner system works great, really made a huge difference. Works quite so we could even leave it on at night in the other room. Furniture is lovely as well as the decorations. We got the view on the entrance of the hotel so it was very quite, room over the pool were a lot more noisy. The breakfast was amazing, everything you want and more! Throughout the week you can eat something different every day easily. Spa center is great, hammam I liked the most, there's also a pool with cool water and jacuzzi. The dry sauna wasn't so great because the temperature was over the roof, it was even hard to open the door.

    Nice area with plenty of shops.

    Nice area with plenty of shops. The beach was nice but I suggest to move around, the isle of Mallorca has many nice coves! There are bus that goes pretty much everywhere in the Island (up to the Formentor Lighthouse!), but renting a car is pretty cheap. We visited several coves, and Palma aquarium with its huge shark tank!

    Playa de Muro is pretty much a spot I would recommend to anyone traveling to Mallorca for the first time. The variety of hotels and Airbnbs are pretty much for everyone. The beach itself is very nice and very good if you have kids. The balance between day and night life is also amazing as you have the variety of the restaurants and shops. Be aware that its a beach town so pretty much add +30/40% to every price tag for everything. You can get around this by shopping inland.

    Playa de Muro is a lovely place suitable for a family vacation with children. The area is quiet, the beach is clean and the water is shallow for a long time, which gives parents peace of mind when it comes to their children. The vendors were not pushy and the views allowed you to enjoy your vacation. There are many places where you can eat decently and the menu is varied enough that everyone will find something for themselves. The shops right by the beach definitely charge extra so it's worth thinking about what you need in advance. Getting to the beach is easy and there are plenty of free parking spots around the beach

    Wonderful stay.

    Wonderful stay. Beach was lovely and excellent hotel given it is 4 star. We stayed in other hotels in Alcudia Bay and this was by far the best. We stayed in hotel suites as we were a family of 3, with my teenage daughter.

    The beach is beautiful with fine white sand and crystal clear water. The entrance to the sea is very gentle, suitable even for small children, and the water overall has a beautiful azure color. You feel like you are in the Caribbean :)

    Service was extremely good - staff helped us book a taxi when a private transfer became too expensive and several evenings of dinners, with good dinner recommendations. Pool is heated and lined - very good for triathletes going for training. In the middle of Alcudia town where there are a lot of cycling shops for clothes or bike hire, and a lot of nice restaurants, right by the beach (a very nice one!). Breakfast buffet was plentiful. Room was very spacious and bed / pillows were very comfortable. Very clean rooms and hotel.

    Absolutely loved this location. Best beach in Mallorca, the sea is clean, beautiful and turquoise. Fabulous walks from Esperanza along the beach to Alcudia. Staff is amazingly friendly & helpful. Great night entertainment. Quiet oasis, magnificent grounds amazingly well kept. Sauna, steam room, pools all very clean. Cannot wait to visit again - planning our next visit already!     We had a fun holiday, but not because of the hotel. A few good things... the beaches nearby are stunning. Easy to reach from the airport via direct bus. Beds were comfy. Paella was always available and was delicious- the most edible thing in the hotel. All-inclusive includes quite a variety of drinks and fresh-made cocktails. The fitness teacher was great, and the live entertainment (Motown singers) were fantastic.

    Service is extraordinary, they are very much customer focused and very flexible. Very nice breakfast, direct access to probably the best beach in the entire island (I've heard that people from Palma come to Playa de Muro to enjoy the beach). They even helped us returning the car to the car rental, so they go the extra mile when it comes to customer satisfaction.
