the apartment was so clean and was extremely comfortable. secure parking. excellent welcome and support. guests in other apartments were quiet and private. location superb and facilities excellent. tried cooking there one night , using bar b q. not great but I was delighted as it meant we sourced really great local restaurants!

The garden is simply beautiful, with a nice view of the mountains. The pictures of the rooms don't do them justice. They are much nicer in reality. There is a lot of choice at breakfast. The rooms are rather spacious and clean. The people who operate the hotel are not your typical hotel staff, and with that I mean they are not the fake friendly type, but if you make an effort to speak a little spanish (a few words are enough really), you'll find them very helpful, generous and friendly. The location is close to the highway, but we didn't hear it from our rooms because it's a lot lower on the hill. You're very centrally located to all the Asturian beach towns and even the Picos de Europa are only a short drive away.

    This is an absolute gem of a hotel. It's set in beautiful surroundings, mountains in the background, flowers in the foreground, very pretty. It's spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The walk into the centre takes less than 10 minutes, along the river. The centre is beautiful; harbour, beach and bustling town. There are many local beauty spots, an excellent base to explore the region of Asturias.

    In principle this is a standard hotel with standard facilities. There is nothing much to say about it. However, it is located in a quiet part of Llanes with a nice walk of about 15 minutes along a little river. This walk I enjoyed very much.
