We found everything we needed in the shared kitchen. It was great that there was a water dispenser. The room was nice, cozy and clean. We also appreciate the coffee capsules. Earplugs were provided to reduce infiltrating noises. The central parts of Madrid can be easily reached with a 20-minute metro ride from the nearby metro station. Perfect accommodation to get to know Madrid and travel to nearby cities such as Toledo.

Location quite good. It's a walking distance from the park, accessible for pharmacy and other dine in restaurant. And always maintaining cleanliness of the room.     we stayed overnight in the airport hotel then drove to Avila the next day in a hire car. Avila was beautiful, a medieval walled city. We stayed in an apartment next to the wall. We were there for a family wedding so met up with lots of family members there

    For me, the most important thing in Madrid is its people, they are alive. Do not go to Madrid for a quiet retreat. I was surprised for its night life. Food from all over the word is served and delicious but "tapas" where my favorites. It is really easy to move arround.

    The architecture in Madrid is beautiful and whilst it's not as hip as Barcelona it's also not as frenetic and it's an easy place to get around on foot if you're reasonable fit and able. If travelling in the summer be aware that the Spanish take a siesta for a reason, it's too hot for sightseeing in the late afternoon so make the most of the early mornings and evenings.

    Huge city that has preserved history. The Royal Palace is jaw dropping beautiful. Plaza Mayor is a cool place to walk around, eat and shop. There are several affordable tours in Madrid and surrounding areas that are worth doing.

    A beautiful, lovely and interesting city with warm and friendly people. We visiited the Grand Via, the El Rastro sunday international market, the Mercado de San Miguel where one can eat all varities of Spanish foods. The Santiago Bernabeu stadium is also a beautiful architectural piece to explore both indoor and outdoor where we watched the match between Real Madrid and Osasuna.

    everything was excellent. the location is great, in the Heart of the Madrid’s centre, next to gran via with many shops and restaurant. you can walk to all the main attractions of the city and also there is metro and bus stations. The room was big, spotlessly clean, with all the amenities, big tv and bed. the general decoration and atmosphere of the hotel were ideal. Also, the very friendly and helpful staff adds many points to the great experience. The best reception we have experienced. Worths the money, we totally recommend it.
