Starting with Teresa at the front desk, who could not be more attentive to our needs. She made us feel at home, and went out of her way to help us navigate the city. The room was very clean and spacious. The young man also at the front desk was very kind. The location was perfect, everything within walking distance. Breakfast was delicious, the ladies in the breakfast room were very pleasant, funny, and extremely respectful. Everything exceeded my expectations. I would recommend this hotel to all our friends.

    Beautiful town! Never felt unsafe.

    Beautiful town! Never felt unsafe. The Alhambra was an amazing place BUT, please spend the money to have a tour. There are no explanations for what you are seeing so to get the most of the palaces, take a tour. Also the caves in sacromonte - where the gypsys lived is an eye opener. Only €5 admission with 11 caves (homes) to explore. It’s a bit of a hike but also provide some of the best views of the Alhambra and summer palace.

    I thought the old town area was very interesting but there were a lot of take away/sit in type places to eat and I found it difficult to find nicer restaurants, I would recommend you research this before travelling. The temperature in August was too hot for us as a family and if I was to visit again I would go earlier or later in the year. The people were very nice and the general standard of the food we did get was good. The shops were a bit repetitive in the old part of the town but the new part had what you would expect any bigger city/town in Spain to have including some nice bespoke boutique and jewellary shops.

    A wonderful mix of cultures, breathtaking scenery with historical reference points on every corner. When you go, you must visit The Alhambra, I went with a guide, which has whetted my appetite to learn more about the history of Spain. I nearly forgot, the food, is to die for!

    Visit the Alhambra and all the sites in the city, like the Cathedral. There are plenty of restaurants, pubs or bars for tapas. Book a Flamenco show. You will not be disappointed. You can explore Granada on foot. All the main sites are within walking distance, or catch the 'tourist bus' that regularly go all around the city. Do a day trip to the beach or another place such as Cordoba. Public transport is very regular and cheap.

    Granada is blessed with the Alambra experience, great food and a big mall Nevada where you can take panoramic pictures from the mountains and do some shopping. The only thing is better time to go after August.

    Granada is a must see city if you are visiting Spain.

    Granada is a must see city if you are visiting Spain. For breakfast the cafe chain Puerta Benina do excellent Spanish breakfast and wonderful cakes with Lavazza coffee. Transport is excellent for see the city. ‘Enjoy It’ is a wonderful place to eat.

    This is a great place if you are going to ONLY sleep in the room. That means, not using the toilet or eating something at the room. The location is the best about the hotel, you are in plain center of Granada and it's easy to arrive everywhere from where you are, however, the room is so small that is in that thin line between "enough for one person" and "a closet". The bed was very comfortable, though!

    Beautiful. The room I stayed was extremely comfortable. It was my best night in Garanada. The room was build like to assemble like Alhambra. I really, really loved it. This property should have been 4/5 star hotel. I’m shocked its 3 star with all this amazing welcoming customer service, cleanliness and the location. I wish I stayed longer.
