We would like to higly appreciate the lady at the reception (morning shift) for her responsiveness and hospitality. The hotel is clean and comfortable, with delicious breakfast (not included). Commuting trains to the centre are quick, clean and air conditioned. Tickets can be easily bought at the train station Urioste.

This is the nicest most helpful hotel we have ever stayed in. We had a very warm welcome and all our needs and requests were exceeded. The rooms were very clean and the breakfast was really good. But the best part was the staff. They are all so friendly and helpful. If I had a hotel I’d like to think I could run it like this. The car park was brilliant and secure and very reasonably priced. We arrived unexpectedly early and within a short time our room was made ready without any fuss at all. The hotel is excellently situated in the town but it the rooms were not noisy at all. All hotel managers should take a visit!! We’ll certainly go back and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it.

    Amazing place.

    Amazing place. Beautiful views and very comfortable accommodation. Would love to visit again and spend longer. The sound of the water is so calming and there is something very special about this place. Jose has worked and is so kind to all of his guests.
