It is literally exceptional. An interior design is breathtaking - looks even better in reality than on photos. Warm and welcoming with energising colours. Bed linens and towels are of the highest quality. The hotel is sparking clean. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Isa - the manager - responds to an every single question or request you may have - 11 out of 10 :). Breakfast was wonderful - I would love to have a bit more vegetarian selection next time I visit Maia Hotel. It is a truly 4-star hotel (in Spain some of the 4-star hotels do not deserve it I have to admit) with some history and a modern touch in the heart of beautiful Ciutadella. I strongly recommend it!

    We hired a car, It was a good location to go and visit other...

    We hired a car, It was a good location to go and visit other parts of the Island, which we did. And parking wasn't a problem. There is a good selection of restaurants in Cala Blanca, which is about a 6 minute drive. On the last day we found a supermarket in Sa Caleta, about a 5 minute drive. If I remember rightly it was called Viscount. (A bit pricey) A 10 minute drive to the industrial poligono on the outskirts of Ciutadella had all the main supermarkets from Mercadona, Lidl, Aldi and Dia (No tourist prices which I liked) and a petrol station

    Our 2nd time staying in the area and we still can't get enough. The beaches are great really safe for children and lots of amenities. The sunsets are breathtaking. So much choice for food and all great quality we can't wait to come back

    The hotel is right on the beach, but unfortunately the beach is not very nice. The hotel is small, but clean, the rooms with sea view are renovated and they look good, the bathrooms very nice. They clean every day, the breakfast has some traditional products like tortilla, queso, jamon, which is nice.

    Great planning of the apartment, it was equipped with all the necessary things, very cozy. 5 min walk to the beach and to the sunsets on the rocks. Little pine forest is located just behind the building. Parking is possible just in front of the door.

    Beautiful location directly on the beach, car park, very good restaurant with terrace to watch the sunset. Our room also had a lovely terrace and all the staff were extremely friendly. Best of all: our dog was very welcome 😀
