10 out of 10 experience.. I try my memory hard but can NOT find anything to complain. This place originally was Rixos. Still door key cards have Rixos logo. So infrastructure was perfect. Food and beverages were much better than my expectation. Very very clean rooms, everyday cleaning service for sure. But !!! The most important part is their hospitality. Lovely, kind, thoughtful staff. Ready to help day & night. Though our check-in and check-out times were terrible (thanks to flights) , everything was perfectly organised, we never had to deal with any negative situations. Thanks people !

Great location on beachfront, super value for money which in included bar fridge. Awesome service by all staff, especially day and night reception staff. Highly valued Naama Bay Suites pick-up and drop-off at Sharm Al Sheikh airport at early morning hours. Wonderfully helpful breakfast hall staff and after-hours restaurant support staff. Great hotel room and facilities all round. Would definitely recommend it to friends and do a repeat stay / visit, with my next scuba dive at the Red Sea, appointment

This is a privately owned room in the hotel complex. You get to use hotel facilities, pools, beach & restaurants (except for club pools). The owner is very kind, responsive and cooperative (he personally dropped us off to the Airport at 2AM) The room is large, well maintained with a nice view.

‏My visit to the "Jewel" hotel was an incredible experience! The warm atmosphere and attention to detail were wonderful. The reception by Anas and Kareem was inviting, and they were always available with a smile. Their positive energy, along with the hotel staff's, created a personal and unforgettable experience. The dining pleasure was also thanks to Amr, the manager, who ensured tasty meals served beautifully. There are areas for improvement, such as the absence of alcohol and weak Wi-Fi. Excellent food, offer of all-inclusive was very wide and tasty (food and also drinks). Super clean pools and aquapark equipment for small children and older separately. Each pool and slide was in operation, despite the fact that it was not the main season. We had no enought time to try everything :D. Very big rooms (we had 2 x swim-up rooms) with private pool for several rooms together and all necesary equipment. We really didn't miss anything in the room for us and also for children. I must to thank especially for kettle, because of early morning coffe. (Instant coffe, tea and 2 bottles of water were everyday in our room). Rooms were very clean and were cleaned every day. In price was very good internet that works in room and also in outdoor (1GB for room daily) what was enough for common usage. Outdoor - beautiful and clean garden with playground for children. We also realy liked a short walk to the beach through partners resort on the opposite side of road. Walk was cca. 1km. We feel secure from airport to hotel. Staff was very nice and helpful. We used to thank for their services with the small tips. We were there in the beginning of 03/2023 with 3 children (3, 4 and 9y) and we enjoy our stay a lot. It was good for us that there was not so hot and also not so many people in resort. In this period water in pools or sea can be a little colder but we swim everyday without problem. We are a little sad that we could not use the services of the animators at pools during the day and participate in the evening program because of the small children. We believe that next year we will enjoy it even more. In any case we plan to take holiday here in the same period next year. So see you :)

Year-Round Sun and Fun

Set against the backdrop of desert and mountains, Sharm el Sheikh is a year-round Red Sea diving and beach resort. Although based on an existing village, it is very much a purpose-built holiday town, with lots of international brands of hotel, restaurant and bar lining its sandy shores.

The oldest part surrounds the Old Market, a heady mix of shisha and spices, roughly in the middle of the Naama Bay and Um el Sid suburbs. The other Sharm districts of Shark’s Bay and Nabq Bay are along the coast by Sharm el Sheikh Airport.

The Red Sea offers some of the world’s best dive spots with rich underwater life on the deep reefs of the amazing Ras Mohammed National Park. Other watersports include windsurfing, kayaking or banana boating, and the Cleopark waterpark has flumes, pools and rapids.

Other things to do include shopping at Il Mercato mall and the many souvenir stalls, karting at Ghibli Raceway, or watching a show at the Arabian-styled Alf Leila Wa Leila. Outside town you can go horse or camel riding in the desert, and visit a Bedouin village or St Catherine’s Monastery in the Sinai peninsula hills.

    Sharm El Sheikh is truly a beautiful destination with so much to offer. The beach life and entertainment are amazing, with a variety of activities and experiences for every taste. There are plenty of nice resorts that provide good value for money at generally acceptable prices. However, there are some challenges that need attention: Airport experience is very poor—transportation, customs, and immigration services are below expectations and create a bad first impression. Food and drink quality and cleanliness in some places should be improved. Some people focus only on pushing for high social media reviews instead of giving honest advice and real service, lake of organizations and use new digital tools which affects trust and the guest experience,. Overall, Sharm El Sheikh has huge potential and offers wonderful beaches, activities, and resorts, but more attention is needed to improve airport facilities, service ethics, and food standards to reflect the true beauty of the destination

    he hotel was very clean – pools, rooms, and the whole area were well maintained. The food was relatively varied and of good quality, and the sea was beautiful and clean. However, a big issue came up if you are traveling with a child and you are not from the UK. A company called Holiday Village controls almost all the entertainment, sports activities, and the kids’ club. If you are a UK guest, this hotel is absolutely amazing, but if not, it can become a nightmare for you and your child. Guests are given different wristbands – UK guests get a blue one, most other Europeans get black, and Arab guests get white. Since we had the black wristband, my 7-year-old son,because Normally he doesn't speak English well,was not allowed to join the kids’ club, entertainment, or even activities like football. Even when several children from outside Holiday Village wanted to play football in the evening, the staff would literally turn off the lights on the field. Only after strong insistence from parents and kids did they allow them to play for one hour on one night. This kind of separation between children is very hard to accept and really disappointing. Apart from that, everything else was as expected from a 5-star Egyptian resort. Alcoholic drinks were very limited and cannot be compared to Antalya hotels, but the reception staff specially a nightshade guy named Mahmood,help us a lot to experience a nice welcome to this hotel.housekeeping also were polite, friendly, and did their best.

    The staff were super friendly, helpful, and always smiling. I went with my wife to celebrate our anniversary and her birthday, and I informed the hotel in advance. To our surprise, they generously prepared two complimentary cakes in our room. Such a thoughtful gesture! The resort itself is absolutely breathtaking — from the cleanliness, the atmosphere, the beautiful nature, to the magical snorkeling experience. Everything felt perfect and unforgettable. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable getaway.

    Sharm Elsheikh is truly designed for tourists and has everything you could wish for on a holiday. The diving and snorkeling in Ras Mohamed and the Nabq reserve are incredible, with stunning coral reefs and marine life. The nightlife is lively and fun, while the Old Market offers a peaceful and authentic atmosphere. Desert safaris were a real highlight, and the people everywhere are so friendly and welcoming. What makes Sharm even more special is its location – it’s easy to visit Dahab for a laid-back vibe or take a trip to Mousa Mountain for a unique cultural and spiritual experience. Whether for adventure, relaxation, or just chilling by the sea, Sharm Elsheikh is the perfect destination.

    Sharm is one of those places where, in addition to a beautiful sea, there are tons of activities to do, from visiting natural parks to historical cultural excursions, in areas like the old town and monuments such as mosques or on day trips like the pyramids or Mount Sinai. Sports activities at a reasonable price like paragliding for €25 per person, horseback riding on the beach for €30, and spas starting at €25, driving a quad in the desert starting from €25. Shopping, as Sharm is the paradise of fakes. There are some areas of Sharm for locals and nightlife like Naama Bay or Soho Square, although I particularly liked the part of the old town. And how can I not mention the sea of Sharm, which offers sandy beaches or rocky beaches and in almost all of them, you can find one of the most beautiful coral reefs in the world; Sharm is the paradise for snorkeling and diving.

    We had a fantastic stay at Park Regency over the Christmas week, with great entertainment and activities throughout. The staff were welcoming and helpful. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable, with stunning views of the sea. The food was great at the all inclusive buffet. Also recommend the Thai restaurant at the hotel for something special. One pool was heated during our stay which was appreciated and we enjoyed snorkeling from the hotel beach. Kids liked the kids club.
