I recently had the pleasure of staying at RIXOS Golf, and I must say that my experience was nothing short of excellent. From the moment I arrived until the time I checked out, every aspect of my stay exceeded my expectations. Here’s a detailed of my experience: 1. Check-In and Welcome: prior to my arrival the best Guest relation Ms. Ashraqat had contacted me professionally through whatsup and tracked me till I arrive to the hotel. I would like to thank her for the friendly attitude and cooperative and her professionalism behavior. Upon arrival, I was greeted warmly by the front desk the manager Mr. Amin Hoseny and Mr. Mostafa and the check-in process was smooth and efficient, with the staff providing all the necessary information about the hotel amenities and services. I was particularly impressed by their friendly demeanor and willingness to answer all my questions. 2. Room Quality: My room was immaculate and well-appointed, the bed was incredibly comfortable, the room also featured modern amenities such as a flat-screen TV, high-speed internet, and a well-stocked minibar. I would only recommend if the housekeeping were more detail oriented for the cleanliness part. 3. Dining Experience: The hotel's dining options were superb. I had the opportunity to dine at the Main restaurant and I have meet Chef Mohaamed Ali, and chef Mohamed Ismail they were very kind and helpful and I appreciate their positive attitude. The menu offered a wide variety of dishes, all of which were prepared to perfection. The buffet was equally impressive, with a vast selection of fresh and delicious options. The staff in the restaurant were attentive and provided excellent service throughout my meals specially Mr. Mohamed Marzouq and Ms. Zainab. 4. Amenities: The spa I indulged in a massage, and it was one of the best I’ve ever had and I would like to thank Mrs. Sou she’s an expert and Miss. Lilly for explaining and offering me to try the massage. 5.

Great location on beachfront, super value for money which in included bar fridge. Awesome service by all staff, especially day and night reception staff. Highly valued Naama Bay Suites pick-up and drop-off at Sharm Al Sheikh airport at early morning hours. Wonderfully helpful breakfast hall staff and after-hours restaurant support staff. I recently stayed at Elisir SPA and Hotel and had a wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, the service was impeccable. The front desk staff greeted me warmly and made the check-in process seamless. The lobby was elegantly designed, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The room I stayed in was spacious, clean, and well-appointed. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the amenities, including a large flat-screen TV, coffee maker, and minibar, made the stay even more enjoyable. The bathroom was pristine, featuring a walk-in shower with high-quality toiletries. The hotel’s restaurant offered a fantastic dining experience. I had dinner there one evening, and the food was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The breakfast buffet was equally impressive, with fresh fruits, pastries, and hot dishes. I also took advantage of the hotel’s fitness centre, which had a great selection of equipment. The location was perfect—conveniently close to popular tourist attractions and public transportation. ‏My visit to the "Jewel" hotel was an incredible experience! The warm atmosphere and attention to detail were wonderful. The reception by Anas and Kareem was inviting, and they were always available with a smile. Their positive energy, along with the hotel staff's, created a personal and unforgettable experience. The dining pleasure was also thanks to Amr, the manager, who ensured tasty meals served beautifully. There are areas for improvement, such as the absence of alcohol and weak Wi-Fi. The facilities are perfect, there is so much and it’s n it too overwhelming, everything is close but there is still space. The staff are amazing. You always feel safe and the lifeguards are super vigilant with the children. The dining staff housekeeping, bar, reception everyone just goes out of their way to make it an amazing experience. Year-Round Sun and Fun

Set against the backdrop of desert and mountains, Sharm el Sheikh is a year-round Red Sea diving and beach resort. Although based on an existing village, it is very much a purpose-built holiday town, with lots of international brands of hotel, restaurant and bar lining its sandy shores.

The oldest part surrounds the Old Market, a heady mix of shisha and spices, roughly in the middle of the Naama Bay and Um el Sid suburbs. The other Sharm districts of Shark’s Bay and Nabq Bay are along the coast by Sharm el Sheikh Airport.

The Red Sea offers some of the world’s best dive spots with rich underwater life on the deep reefs of the amazing Ras Mohammed National Park. Other watersports include windsurfing, kayaking or banana boating, and the Cleopark waterpark has flumes, pools and rapids.

Other things to do include shopping at Il Mercato mall and the many souvenir stalls, karting at Ghibli Raceway, or watching a show at the Arabian-styled Alf Leila Wa Leila. Outside town you can go horse or camel riding in the desert, and visit a Bedouin village or St Catherine’s Monastery in the Sinai peninsula hills.

    Sharm El Sheikh is truly a beautiful destination with so much to offer. The beach life and entertainment are amazing, with a variety of activities and experiences for every taste. There are plenty of nice resorts that provide good value for money at generally acceptable prices. However, there are some challenges that need attention: Airport experience is very poor—transportation, customs, and immigration services are below expectations and create a bad first impression. Food and drink quality and cleanliness in some places should be improved. Some people focus only on pushing for high social media reviews instead of giving honest advice and real service, lake of organizations and use new digital tools which affects trust and the guest experience,. Overall, Sharm El Sheikh has huge potential and offers wonderful beaches, activities, and resorts, but more attention is needed to improve airport facilities, service ethics, and food standards to reflect the true beauty of the destination

    he hotel was very clean – pools, rooms, and the whole area were well maintained. The food was relatively varied and of good quality, and the sea was beautiful and clean. However, a big issue came up if you are traveling with a child and you are not from the UK. A company called Holiday Village controls almost all the entertainment, sports activities, and the kids’ club. If you are a UK guest, this hotel is absolutely amazing, but if not, it can become a nightmare for you and your child. Guests are given different wristbands – UK guests get a blue one, most other Europeans get black, and Arab guests get white. Since we had the black wristband, my 7-year-old son,because Normally he doesn't speak English well,was not allowed to join the kids’ club, entertainment, or even activities like football. Even when several children from outside Holiday Village wanted to play football in the evening, the staff would literally turn off the lights on the field. Only after strong insistence from parents and kids did they allow them to play for one hour on one night. This kind of separation between children is very hard to accept and really disappointing. Apart from that, everything else was as expected from a 5-star Egyptian resort. Alcoholic drinks were very limited and cannot be compared to Antalya hotels, but the reception staff specially a nightshade guy named Mahmood,help us a lot to experience a nice welcome to this hotel.housekeeping also were polite, friendly, and did their best.

    The staff were super friendly, helpful, and always smiling. I went with my wife to celebrate our anniversary and her birthday, and I informed the hotel in advance. To our surprise, they generously prepared two complimentary cakes in our room. Such a thoughtful gesture! The resort itself is absolutely breathtaking — from the cleanliness, the atmosphere, the beautiful nature, to the magical snorkeling experience. Everything felt perfect and unforgettable. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable getaway.

    Sharm Elsheikh is truly designed for tourists and has everything you could wish for on a holiday. The diving and snorkeling in Ras Mohamed and the Nabq reserve are incredible, with stunning coral reefs and marine life. The nightlife is lively and fun, while the Old Market offers a peaceful and authentic atmosphere. Desert safaris were a real highlight, and the people everywhere are so friendly and welcoming. What makes Sharm even more special is its location – it’s easy to visit Dahab for a laid-back vibe or take a trip to Mousa Mountain for a unique cultural and spiritual experience. Whether for adventure, relaxation, or just chilling by the sea, Sharm Elsheikh is the perfect destination.

    Sharm is one of those places where, in addition to a beautiful sea, there are tons of activities to do, from visiting natural parks to historical cultural excursions, in areas like the old town and monuments such as mosques or on day trips like the pyramids or Mount Sinai. Sports activities at a reasonable price like paragliding for €25 per person, horseback riding on the beach for €30, and spas starting at €25, driving a quad in the desert starting from €25. Shopping, as Sharm is the paradise of fakes. There are some areas of Sharm for locals and nightlife like Naama Bay or Soho Square, although I particularly liked the part of the old town. And how can I not mention the sea of Sharm, which offers sandy beaches or rocky beaches and in almost all of them, you can find one of the most beautiful coral reefs in the world; Sharm is the paradise for snorkeling and diving.

    Loved the beach. You can see corals and fish right at the bottom of the hotel. Get a pair of snorkels and enjoy. The staff in general were superp, Super friendly and welcoming. Mohamed abdelghany at reception was very helpful and made my stay easier. The food is great and abundant, but can do with changing some items from day to day. They provide à la cart dinning experience for the all inclusive guest, which is worth trying.

    We Really enjoyed our holiday the hotel is high than 5 starts all the satff are helpful specially mr micheal Fo manager was really helpful and gave us unforgetable stay also room was clean and big we liked eveything thanks Madonna also from reception we will back soon
