Very nice resort, the reef is awsome with large variety of fish, they even have turtles and morays. Food is good although last year it was a bit better and all meals were served at The Olive which is the nicest, this year only dinner was at The Olive. The Spa is pretty good, I had 2 massages with Shaimaa and it was a very nice.

The hotel is excellent. The all inclusive was very good with abundance of meals, salads and desserts. The reef is ok, not great , not terrible. The staff is very kind and polite. Everything was clean and well organized. Marsa Mbarrak is 10 minutes by foot and is a great beach.

The location of the compound is perfect - right in the heart of Port Ghalib marina, close to restaurants, bars, cafés, but still very quiet. Parking is provided. The apartment is very comfortable and spacious, well furnished and equipped with all the necessary amenities. The bed is big and comfortable, there is a huge refrigerator with freezer, very big TV and spacious bathroom. The staff is very polite and helpful and the service is very good. They bring two bottles of water every day and change towels and sheets upon request, as well as cleaning. Great terrace with an amazing view of the lagoon! Nice swimming pools and surroundings. The beach is 6-7 minutes walking through marina and is quite big and nice with a coral reef, very good for snorkeling. They provide beach towels every day. All in all very nice experience, we highly recommend this place and will be back for sure!

I loved the pools, the atmosphere and the facilities. Most of the staff were fantastic. The resort did not feel crowded even at near full capacity. Incredibly tidy and well kept. Great drinks and the food at the a la carte restaurants was exquisite. Calm vibe. Great acoustics between rooms.

Where do I even begin - I wish the stay could have been longer. Jaz Riviera is phenomenal - the perfect balance of elegant, modern design considerations and uncompromised principles of hospitality. Everything from arrival to the very point when you leave, is special. We arrived in the morning, hours before the standard check-in time of 14:00 and Abdallah immediately assured us that a room would be prepped and we should head to breakfast in the meantime, while they finalise. We were given a free room upgrade and settled in the room by 11:30. The food, the beverage options, the variety of restaurants and ample seating between pools and beachfront is unmatched. The service and attentive staff of Jaz Riviera is truly what makes it world class - to our newfound bestie; Abdelrahman, as well as the entire wait staff between all the delicious meals - We are truly in awe. A truly priceless experience and an experience that will be repeated soon. Up to the very last moment when we are checking out to leave and Mahmoud at the front desk helped to organise our transfer to Hurghada- nothing is ever too much to ask for the Jaz Riviera team.

    Nice place to stay for one week if the weather is OK. Very good place for snorkeling or you can watch coral reef directly in the harbor without being wet. Just bring slice of bead and you will see a lot.

    We were in Casa Mare Resort super happy.

    We were in Casa Mare Resort super happy. We came with our 3 years old daughter so we really appreciate that they have 3 very warm pools. 2 of them are huge and with a bar in it and the third very warm pool is safe for small kids who can't swim yet. Also Casa Mare has a big playground in the shade for kids. Aleso few hours per day is open Kids club with a really nice girl from the animation team. All of them are doing a very good job. Always trying to cheer you up all day long with animation programs. We came without a traveling agency and we haven't any agent, so  people in recepcion were always helpful and nice. You can easily ask them about everything through WhatsApp. Food was amazing. Chefs are doing a great job. Choice of food was huge and delicious. Casa Mare has a lagoon with shallow clear water, hot in summer  and also bridge to reef. Reef is big and rich in many kinds of fish. You don't need to pay any trips to snorkeling, it's right there. Place is also very good for kite surfing in winter. I was surprised how big our room was and we had a view on the pool and sea. I loved that. We always had the same man for cleaning. Every day he made our room super clean and tidy and when we met him in the hall it was always fun with him. Our daughter loved him, because every day he made for her animals from towels. We are definitely coming back. This place where our 4th hotel in Egypt and Casa Mare Resort was best from tham. Thank you all personal for a wonderful holiday.

We will choose the same for the next visit.special thanks to the housekeeping Karam Ibrahim & Lookout bar Mustafa, Mohamad, Ahmed,Mohamed All Team ,special thanks to the Concierge team Moamen , Amr , and special thanks to Kitchen Souq Al Hana team head chaf Haithem , assistant head shift & food quality chef Mohammad chaf Ahmed (AL FATIR ) waiter Mustafa , Every morning I enjoyed the Lagoon with fresh sea water at my favourite side front of Lookout bar my location left hand side (spa side ) , and sorry I forgot the name of lifeguard in this location thanks to him , Big Thanks to Mohamed he is very good friendly and smiling boy at Lagoon Bar thanks Saddam from reception team.thanks to all team & management. thank you

    Port Ghalib was a small port town that has transformed into...

    Port Ghalib was a small port town that has transformed into a touristic place. Not much to see, a nice marina and a small promenade. Famous restaurant/club "Hakuna Matata", led by Polish owners, attended by known artists and bands - worth coming by. Few cafeterias and souvenir shops and that's all.

    after dinner is nice to take a walk to the port and stop to drink at the bars. enjoy the nice climate and and listen music. visit the many shops along the inner streets. where you can find parfums souvenirs of every kinds. all people you meet are sociable but non intrusive, the walk is always pleasantly interrupted by these stops in which the various products are offered in a kind way.

    To resume those wonderful 7 days in Port Ghalib Marina...

    To resume those wonderful 7 days in Port Ghalib Marina Resort, I would say it felt like home. The staff was very friendly and helpful at all times, the room was tidy and clean every day, provided with very good food options, the space at the reception is gorgeous specially at evenings before dinner with live music. I will definitely go back. The beach with the coral was so amazing to me, that I couldn’t get out of the water to enjoy the rest of the resort, such as the swimming pool, gym and other facilities. I felt part of the family at the “Wonderful Dive”. A big shout out to some members of the staff: Ibrahim from the reception, Fahzer at the towel desk at the beach always so careful, Antonio from the Italian restaurant, and so many more who showed professionalism, kindness and dedication in the past week. I see you all very soon. :)

    Dinner was very good. The biggest highlight for me was the value for money, very good for an all-inclusive hotel. The room was overall very good. Looks just as in the pictures. Beds are comfy. This is a perfect hotel if you're doing daytrips from Port Ghalib (diving, snorkeling, other beaches, Luxor). You still have the possibility to get breakfast and lunch boxes if you leave very early, as it's usually the case in those daytrips. Probably best value for money in Port Ghalib!

    The apartment is right in the sleepy town of Port Ghalib. You can see desert and a bit of sea from the balcony. It's a really quiet place bth day and night. So, it was good for rest after a long flight.

    The Palace is part of a larger hotel complex, but you don’t really feel it. There were lots of other guests but it did not feel busy, which meant it was very relaxing!
