The staff were very friendly and available 24/7. Before we left, the hotel guys gave my kids a lovely gift and a special memory from Egyptian culture. The room was clean and exactly as described and matched the photos. Breakfast on the rooftop was great, with a great view of the pyramids! The ladies at the restaurant were always welcoming and smiling. The airport shuttle worked perfectly, and the taxi driver was very nice too.
