We would like to thank the management for choosing such special people, you are very lucky to have a great team and please read this message to everyone because they deserve it. Best RECEPTION and CONCIERGE team: taking care of every guest needs; Great HOUSEKEEPING Service: room was so clean that you can eat on the floor, always clean towels and beautiful flower compositions on our bed; Amazing ANIMATION Team: Bibo and Hamsa you are the best! We had so much fun that since we are back home we dance every night with your move:Yallah Yallah!; GYM attendant: Mr. Mohamed is the best physioterapist ever. He helped us a lot for our back problems and teach us good exercises; POOL guardian: Ayman was taking care of us every day and always with a smile; RESTAURANTS: ALL your team is amazing, very professional, always making sure that nothing is missing from our table, also CHEFS who serves the food explained always what they were serving; Our favourite restaurant is MASHAWI Restaurant: we would like to mention an amazing service from Abu Gabel, Ebd Al Ram, Hamad, Hasan, Osman and all BAR Team and Ahmed Gaber Anicar. Every day we take our Espresso at the LOBBY BAR and we dont order cause Hamir already knows it and he bring it to us also very good service from Abd Alla BREAKFAST at the Sultan Buffet Restaurant usually served by Ahmed a very helpful and professional guy. The woman of the bread: I wish I was able like you to do my bread A very big thank you to Mr. Yasser working @pier and pool, we speak so much with him, he knows everything about turtles and dolphins 2 MAINTENANCE guys doing a job with some tubes in front of the yoga room by the beach and they spend only 15 minutes, did the job perfectly and always with a smile; GARDENERS taking amazing care of your beautiful plants PAINTERS fast and professional; Please excuse us if we forgot to mention someone really ALL the staff is amazing. Our stay at the Jaz Riviera hotel was truly unforgettable and very pleasant. Right from our early morning arrival, we appreciated that there was absolutely no problem with an early check-in before 2:00 PM. This kind gesture pleasantly surprised us and immediately enhanced our first impression of the hotel. The only minor negative experience occurred at the reception, where we encountered an employee whose behavior was somewhat arrogant. However, I must emphasize that this was the only unpleasant encounter with the staff during our entire stay. The rest of the team was incredibly kind, helpful, and friendly, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Room and Comfort Upon entering our room, we were absolutely thrilled! The hotel is new, and it shows in every detail. Everything was impeccably clean and well-maintained, and it was evident that not many guests had stayed in the room before us. The quality of the construction and furnishings was at a very high level – no gaps in the doors, no noise from the hallway, ensuring perfect peace and privacy. The highlight was the private heated pool, which we had right at our room – an absolutely fantastic feature that we enjoyed every day. A big thumbs up! Gastronomy We were pleasantly surprised by the hotel restaurants. Every meal was beautifully presented and delicious. The restaurant staff was professional, well-versed in the menu, and any request for modifications or changes to dishes was never a problem. It was clear that the hotel placed great emphasis on the quality of ingredients and the precise preparation of meals. Staff Unlike other hotels in Egypt, there was no constant "pressure" from vendors or staff offering various services. If someone did approach us with an offer, they were very polite, and after a courteous refusal, they simply wished us a nice day without further insistence. This is a big plus!

I booked this hotel for my parents, who are 70+, to spend their first Christmas somewhere warm and stress-free. Since my parents have been in Egypt more than 10 times, they had an idea of what to expect. They came back absolutely amazed that they had never experienced such a hotel in Egypt before and as soon as they get the chance, they want to come back to Amarina Jannah Resort. The people who work here are absolute professionals and make their customers feel the kindness every minute, everything was new and clean, the room was huge, the food was amazing, the pools, beach and sea were breathtaking. I am very happy that I was able to give my parents such a gift for Christmas, and I think that from now on I will want to repeat it every Christmas. I want to thank the Amarina Jannah Resort for such an approach to oldest people who do not speak any world language, and they managed to make the pensioners so happy. I will come to visit you with my wife in a few months, for now I just sending the most beautiful greetings from my parents! Thanks again Amarina Jannah Resort!!!

The thing I enjoyed the most is the warmth of the staff, they're so welcoming and polite, they make you feel that your satisfaction is their top priority. The food is awesome and tasty and there's a wide variety of items that change every day. The beds are so comfortable and the rooms are clean.

Every thing perfect . special thx to manager Mr.Ahmed and Miss. Sylivia who were very helpful and made our trip special. and thx to Mr. Mustafa from front disk for his help, and we will not forget to thank Chef Ahmed for his delicious feteer.Finally , every one of the whole crew was polite and dedicated to the work of pleasing guests.

It was a most beautiful resort in the red sea. It was a second time visit here. My families told me that it is like a dream. The staffs was so friendly, kind and professional. I asked them for birthday cake of one of my family. They prepared a great dinner table and lovely small cake and congratulations songs. It was so impressive experience of my life. Thank you enough for you staff's all efforts. Every morning open my eyes, I could see a beautiful view and restaurants was great also. Main restaurant's food was perfect and Sand restaurant was also immaculate. They served us sufficient all I wanted. Especially my mather felt happy here. she told me she came the place like a heaven. If I have a chance to come here again, I'll do. Thank you so much while the days I stayed.

    Beach area we were in wasn't the greatest,no swimming area ,...

    Beach area we were in wasn't the greatest,no swimming area ,too shallow and rocky not sandy.Took quad ride out in desert was fun.Lots of fish to see on reefs,water very clean.marss Mubarak has resident dugong and turtles but didn't see the dugong on our visit.Overall nice place ,a bit on the windy side but nice relief from heat.

    It was lovely to be for a while in an open space, sea, fresh air (during pandemic). Many hotels were closed and only few stayed opened. Yet they were still quite empty. Snorkeling was perfect, weather a but windy (normal In February), stuff in the hotel was happy and wearing masks and gloves. We went to Port Ghalib for a coffee but also most of the places were closed due to covid.
