Best RECEPTION and CONCIERGE team: taking care of every guest needs; Great HOUSEKEEPING Service: room was so clean that you can eat on the floor, always clean towels and beautiful flower compositions on our bed; Amazing ANIMATION Team: Bibo and Hamsa you are the best! We had so much fun that since we are back home we dance every night with your move:Yallah Yallah!; GYM attendant: Mr. Mohamed is the best physioterapist ever. He helped us a lot for our back problems and teach us good exercises; POOL guardian: Ayman was taking care of us every day and always with a smile; RESTAURANTS: ALL your team is amazing, very professional, always making sure that nothing is missing from our table, also CHEFS who serves the food explained always what they were serving; Our favourite restaurant is MASHAWI Restaurant: we would like to mention an amazing service from Abu Gabel, Ebd Al Ram, Hamad, Hasan, Osman and all BAR Team and Ahmed Gaber Anicar. Every day we take our Espresso at the LOBBY BAR and we dont order cause Hamir already knows it and he bring it to us also very good service from Abd Alla BREAKFAST at the Sultan Buffet Restaurant usually served by Ahmed a very helpful and professional guy. The woman of the bread: I wish I was able like you to do my bread A very big thank you to Mr. Yasser working @pier and pool, we speak so much with him, he knows everything about turtles and dolphins 2 MAINTENANCE guys doing a job with some tubes in front of the yoga room by the beach and they spend only 15 minutes, did the job perfectly and always with a smile; GARDENERS taking amazing care of your beautiful plants PAINTERS fast and professional; Please excuse us if we forgot to mention someone really ALL the staff is amazing. Our stay at the Jaz Riviera hotel was truly unforgettable and very pleasant. Right from our early morning arrival, we appreciated that there was absolutely no problem with an early check-in before 2:00 PM. This kind gesture pleasantly surprised us and immediately enhanced our first impression of the hotel. The only minor negative experience occurred at the reception, where we encountered an employee whose behavior was somewhat arrogant. However, I must emphasize that this was the only unpleasant encounter with the staff during our entire stay. The rest of the team was incredibly kind, helpful, and friendly, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Room and Comfort Upon entering our room, we were absolutely thrilled! The hotel is new, and it shows in every detail. Everything was impeccably clean and well-maintained, and it was evident that not many guests had stayed in the room before us. The quality of the construction and furnishings was at a very high level – no gaps in the doors, no noise from the hallway, ensuring perfect peace and privacy. The highlight was the private heated pool, which we had right at our room – an absolutely fantastic feature that we enjoyed every day. A big thumbs up! Gastronomy We were pleasantly surprised by the hotel restaurants. Every meal was beautifully presented and delicious. The restaurant staff was professional, well-versed in the menu, and any request for modifications or changes to dishes was never a problem. It was clear that the hotel placed great emphasis on the quality of ingredients and the precise preparation of meals. Staff Unlike other hotels in Egypt, there was no constant "pressure" from vendors or staff offering various services. If someone did approach us with an offer, they were very polite, and after a courteous refusal, they simply wished us a nice day without further insistence. This is a big plus!

Fabulous hotel, recently built. We did enjoy our one-week holiday to the fullest. Everything was perfect: - friendly and helpful staff (reception, room service, restaurants, bars, beach, entertainment) - spacious and clean rooms (as a family we even got two connecting rooms and our children got twin beds, which they did appreciate) - very clean common areas (staff is constantly cleaning the floor near the swimming pools and maintaining the green areas) - 5 huge swimming pools (+ 2 for young children) - does not feel crowded at all! - live qualitative shows every evening (great artists) - friendly and discreet entertainment team - last but not least great food offer in all the restaurants. We liked the fact that the hotel has a reasonable size and that it does not exceed two storeys. Thank you all at Jaz Elite Amara for making our stay memorable and enjoyable ;-)

Exceptional Experience – A Perfect Couples’ Getaway! Our stay at this resort in Egypt was absolutely exceptional! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and taken care of in every possible way. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our vacation to the fullest. The food was delicious with a great variety of options, and the drinks were top-notch, thanks to the amazing bartenders. The property itself was stunning—beautifully maintained, clean, and offering breathtaking views. A special shoutout to Mohamed salim from reception, who went above and beyond to assist us with everything we needed. Also, a huge thank you to Taha, the barman, who made our evenings even better with his amazing cocktails and friendly attitude. The entertainment team truly made a difference in our stay—Yousaf Mohamed and Rico, you guys are incredible! Your energy and enthusiasm made every activity and show so much fun. We loved every second of our stay and can’t wait to return. Highly recommend this resort for anyone looking for an unforgettable vacation! 10/10!

I booked this hotel for my parents, who are 70+, to spend their first Christmas somewhere warm and stress-free. Since my parents have been in Egypt more than 10 times, they had an idea of what to expect. They came back absolutely amazed that they had never experienced such a hotel in Egypt before and as soon as they get the chance, they want to come back to Amarina Jannah Resort. The people who work here are absolute professionals and make their customers feel the kindness every minute, everything was new and clean, the room was huge, the food was amazing, the pools, beach and sea were breathtaking. I am very happy that I was able to give my parents such a gift for Christmas, and I think that from now on I will want to repeat it every Christmas. I want to thank the Amarina Jannah Resort for such an approach to oldest people who do not speak any world language, and they managed to make the pensioners so happy. I will come to visit you with my wife in a few months, for now I just sending the most beautiful greetings from my parents! Thanks again Amarina Jannah Resort!!!

The thing I enjoyed the most is the warmth of the staff, they're so welcoming and polite, they make you feel that your satisfaction is their top priority. The food is awesome and tasty and there's a wide variety of items that change every day. The beds are so comfortable and the rooms are clean.

The hotel includes 3 hotels: Sands,Oasis and Palace, so its territory is realy big as well as beautiful and very well maintained. We have spend 2 weeks there so could appreciate it enough. Dinners were great, a wide choice of food, very tasty beef, duck, turkey , fish and even prawns. Local wine is also good. And for lovers to eat a lot and a varied food a local mild anise tincture is offered at the end of dinner. Like in the best houses. The hotel beach is also nice. We were also pleased that piers for entering in the sea is nor very long. Coral reef is beautiful as well as everywhere in Marsa Alam, so you can enjoy swimming with a mask and fins. The entire territory of the hotel is stretched along the beach, so it is not far from any room to go to the beach. And one more plus: Port Ghalib - a nice bay with the shops, cafe and restrants - is very close , so the hotel guests can choose a day to enjoy their visit to Port Ghalib. I would like to note especially the friendliness of the staff moreover wherever you are on the beach , in a restaurant or at the reception. We were first given a room with a sea view but on the ground floor and it smelled a bit damp, so we asked to change a room. And were given a nice room on the first floor as well with a sea view. Among the top managers I would like to highly appreciate front office manage Ahmed Abdel Hafiez. We turned to him on various issues which he was ready to solve. My daughter plays and improvises on the flute so we asked Ahmed to organize her perfomance at the hotel. As there are three beautiful stages to perform there. It was a great pleasure for my daughter to play flute there and we hope that it was a pleasure for hotel guests to listen her. Ahmed Abdel speaks perfect English so it was pleasant and easy to communicate to him.

We really enjoyed our stay at Iberotel. It's a great place, we were able to see sea turtles and dugongs. The hotel itself is new, modern, comfortable, with great food and friendly staff. Every morning at breakfast we were greeted by Dina with a big smile and we immediately felt like we were at home. We could turn to her or to any member of the staff with any question, for any help. Our child was delighted with her, the staff and Chef's Heyden's incredible team who treated us from morning to evening. The food was very varied, for every taste, and changing each day. The entertainment program was great and varied. We loved the animation team of Mr Simba, and all artists who performed for us. All the staff were very friendly and made our holiday unforgettable. We initially planned to stay for 4 nights, but we liked it so much that we came back for another 3 nights. We will definitely come here again.

    Beach area we were in wasn't the greatest,no swimming area ,...

    Beach area we were in wasn't the greatest,no swimming area ,too shallow and rocky not sandy.Took quad ride out in desert was fun.Lots of fish to see on reefs,water very clean.marss Mubarak has resident dugong and turtles but didn't see the dugong on our visit.Overall nice place ,a bit on the windy side but nice relief from heat.

    It was lovely to be for a while in an open space, sea, fresh...

    It was lovely to be for a while in an open space, sea, fresh air (during pandemic). Many hotels were closed and only few stayed opened. Yet they were still quite empty. Snorkeling was perfect, weather a but windy (normal In February), stuff in the hotel was happy and wearing masks and gloves. We went to Port Ghalib for a coffee but also most of the places were closed due to covid.
