Staff, service, breakfast, location, facilities were excellent. The lady at reception goes above and beyond to always to help the guests and make us feel at home. The head of the hotel is so attentive and thoughtful. We were so happy in this hotel and so sad to leave!

The staff was amazing the receptionist both Mohammed and Nour were very helpful and made our stay much easier. The hotel itself is very nice and clean lovely people and great views the room also did not disappoint, with stunning views of the pyramids.
