I like all parts ot this villa. The rooms, the toilets, the pool, the kitchen, the living room, the garden are very clean and comfortable. I am satisfied with the service given especially from the owner of the villa. If we have any question about the villa, the owner is very responsive and answer the question very well.

The owner (Mr. Mahmoud) was very nice and cooperative. The property was as described and the second bathroom (which is a modification done by the owner) was very useful. Appropriate furniture, equipment and facilities. Good value for money. Cleaning level was OK. Will try to visit again next Summer inshaallah.

The hotel is 5 minutes driving to airport! Thats why I booked this hotel room only for the last night of my visit to Alexanderia as my flight was early morning 🙂 My room was clean and wonderful setup with a balcony facing the swimming pool.

"I stayed at the villa during my vacation and had a great experience. The place was very clean, well-organized, and peaceful, exactly as shown in the pictures.     Beach is good but full of jelly fishes.

    Beach is good but full of jelly fishes. My kids got hurt while in water. Beach is not clean. They call it Sidi Kir beach. Charge is 50EGP for umbrella and 10EGP for each chair. Entrance is free. Neighbourhood has no restaurants and almost nothing. It’s very far from the city. There is a Carrefour nearby in Orouba mall. You can go there by taxi
