All stuff were so welcoming trying to facilitate everything for enjoying ur stay in addition to the beautiful beach , tasty food and cleaning room. I would like to thanks all below names and the rest of the stuff as I recalled . Abdel Raham golf car for quick arrival . Mahmoud & youssef for delicious breakfast ( eggs & crepe ) Hassan fawzy & Mohamed ahmed for the service they provided to us . The diving facilities, staff, organization, equipment, access to Nitrox bottles and house reef easy access were excellent. A divers paradise! The brand new speed boats with impressive 300ps engines are awesome. All inclusive food buffet was overall good. Chef Mohammed gave us extra amazing attention and provided on request fresh grilled fish, fruits etc. I celebrated my Birthday there and the kitchen organized a lovely (huge) cake, which was a lovely gesture. The Chalets are good size and definitely worth the extra price to stay a bit warmer if you are here in January where evenings get cool. Bed was a bit too squeeky though. Hot water and good pressure in shower were very much appreciated!

The hotel left an exceptionally positive impression, as did the reef. Our trip began with us forgetting our phone in the taxi, and we want to point out that the hotel manager Sherif noticed that something was wrong just by looking at us—even before we said anything. He asked what had happened and quickly helped to solve this issue. In our experience, such attentiveness is rare. The reef near the hotel is excellent, starting with a convenient pier and continuing with a rich variety of live corals and marine life. There are plenty of turtles, which are very easy to meet. The hotel itself also left a pleasant impression. As a welcome gesture, we received a free room upgrade upon arrival. The restaurants offered excellent food, the room was clean, the internet was good (especially by Egyptian standards), and the bed was comfortable. We honestly can’t think of anything that would have spoiled the experience.

My late husband and I had visited the Concorde many times in the past and as is the custom for loyal guests, we got to plant a tree in 2018. We skipped a year because we went to Thailand the following year, and in 2020, we all went into lockdown and were once again unable to visit our beloved Concorde. We both contracted Covid and sadly, my beloved husband passed away. This year, I felt emotionally ready to return and contacted Ahmed El Marakby (the Front Office Mgr) to tell him that I would be visiting with two friends. Ahmed was on leave, so he asked Saad Eldin Mohsen (the Assistance Front Office Mgr) to handle the booking. He was so kind and empathetic and made sure that every detail of our stay was taken care of. This has to be my all-time favourite hotel! The rooms are very spacious and the beds are extremely comfortable. On this particular trip, Mohammed Rabie (the Housekeeping Mgr) had the room decorated so beautifully, that I was totally overwhelmed! The bathrooms are also fabulous and everything is extremely clean. The grounds are beautiful and the view of the sea is magnificent. I love this hotel because it's not a huge resort, yet you have absolutely everything that you need. There is ample space so that you don't have people sitting on top of you and you don't have to walk for miles to get a bit of peace and quiet. Yet it is far from dull and boring. The animation team offers a lot to keep you busy. The food is exquisite, a huge variety. The quality was amazing with something for every palate. Make sure you have at least 1 dinner in the Italian restaurant, run by Alaa. The evening entertainment will keep you involved and amused. The Concorde has always felt like home to me, so this is where I wanted to erect a plaque to honour my husband. Saad, Mohammed (the chief gardener) and the engineering team assisted me and even constructed a frame for it. I am eternally grateful!

    I love Marsa Alam and Abu Dabab most, as far as the Red Sea...

    I love Marsa Alam and Abu Dabab most, as far as the Red Sea goes. My favourite place of all time is the Concorde Moreen Hotel, with the Hilton coming a strong second. We only ate at the hotels, because our time was limited. I used the taxi service offered online by Booking.com, which I found to be very efficient and reasonable. But I am also a seasoned traveller in Egypt and do not find it difficult to negotiate with taxi drivers. (It can be very useful to ask Chat GPT first what an average trip should cost you, if you are unsure, and then use that as a guideline for your negotiations.) It's an amazing experience to go out on a boat, but picking the right one can make the difference. I will be leaving my review on our experience separately (as it warrants a whole story on its own :))

    amazing hotel, we booked it one year before and this year...

    amazing hotel, we booked it one year before and this year decided to choose the same one because we like it. it is quite, woth pleasant stuff, everything was perfect. good parking woth a socket to charge, quick check-in, tasty food, additional Italien restaurant. cool beach with rifs and sand to swim at any weather. for sure we will book this hotel for the next trip amd recommend to book it if you planing to spend good time

    The day trips were amazing.

    The day trips were amazing. Swimming with the dolphins and the sea turtles was phenomenal. The water was crystal clear. It's a great place for diving and snorkeling. It is not so good for people who are active at night because there's isn't much outside of the resort.

    Lovely area of the country.

    Lovely area of the country. As an American traveling in Egypt I felt very safe. The military has a lot of bases on the coast as it is an international border so safety is not an issue there. We stayed at our resort. There is not a "town" around there, so the resorts are all-inclusive. It is easy to book an excursion on camel or four-wheeler into the desert if you get restless staying put.

    The staff at the hotel made our stay truly memorable, particularly with their warm and welcoming demeanor. We especially appreciated the kindness shown by the reception member Mr.Moustafa Othman , who was always ready to assist. Their attentiveness made us feel comfortable and well taken care of throughout our vacation. The effort they put into making us feel at home didn't go unnoticed. Overall, we had a wonderful experience, and the staff's hospitality was a significant factor.
