When I went to my room it was not working therefore I went downstairs to the lobby to asked them what was wrong. The manager came with me to the room to check it out. She didn’t helped us. The manager started saying that it was our fault to have a different set of keys, plus she was having an attitude towards us for n it having the correct keys. Conveniently located close to Ambato's city center, but away from its hustle and bustle. Staff and manager are helpful and friendly. Room was perfectly clean, bathroom was spacious. The hotel is located in a zone with several seafood restaurants. The hotel itself has its own one.
