The hotel is in a very quiet area, easy walking to the city center, and along the Rhine, very pleasant view and walking. Personnel very nice and helpful. Breakfast very rich and varied. Plenty of everything, both English and continental breakfast, warm and cold food. Seats and tables very comfortable. Self service cafeteria very efficient.

Hotel staff were extremely helpful after British Airways cancelled our flight at 00:30, after 5 hours delay. We were all starving, tired and disappointed we could not go home, but they dealt with everyone's last minute check-in with a lot of patience and understanding. Rooms were nice and clean. The lounge was very comfortable and a much better waiting area than a cold airport gate.

The apartment was clean and spacious. Very easy self check-in at anytime and express check out. Very close to shopping center with REWE supermarket and to the main promenade and Augustusburg Palace. For extra 10 Euro you can get an underground parking space.

    The room was very clean and in 2023 everything appeared fairly new. The staff was friendly and present. The restaurant that belongs to the hotel is first class.
