The staff was very helpful and accommodating to all our needs. The room was spacious and beautifully decorated. The location is superb. We absolutely loved the SPA/Swimming pool area, it has a very warm cozy vibe. The temperature of the water in the pool was perfect, my 7 year old daughter and I have used pool at least twice a day. I've ordered a Classic massage with Ivana and it was wonderful as well. I liked the fact that hotel has a Kid's play room, it's very helpful when you travel with kids. Thank you for that! We have only positive feedback:)

This is an amazing hotel. The staff is friendly and helpful and always ready to assist. The room is very clean. The garden of the hotel is amazing The breakfast is extremely good and varied, tasty and is good for gluten free. The SPA facilities are extremely excellent and the treatments are very good. The room was spacious and had al commodities. The design of the hotel is astonishing. We loved the atmosphere of the whole building. The buffet displayed for the breakfast was impressive, with countless options from sweet to savoury meals, either hot and cold. My husband and I have loved it. The best part of our stay, though, was certainly the spa and massage. Everything went beyond our expectations. Loved it! We look forward to coming back as soon as possible. Absolutely recommended!!!
