The accommodation is very well located, close to the centre. It has its own car park, and in our case (high holiday season) it was full all the time. It has a restaurant too. There is a supermarket next to the building. The room is very well laid out, there is a small hall with fridge and lots of storage space. The windows overlook the old town and the castle tower. There was daily cleaning, it was very clean and quiet at night. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast was buffet style with the usual continental selection (scrambled eggs, roast ham, boiled sausages, boiled eggs, cold cuts, yoghurt etc). It is served on weekdays from 7 and at weekends/holidays from 7.30. There is an elevator in the building. Wi-fi worked well.

The apartment is right in the corner of the square in Stranberk - but the apartment is on the 1st floor and very peaceful. It is a very large apartment and is very well furnished. It had everything we needed. I was able to park our motorcycle behind the double wooden doors in the tunnel leading to the rear courtyard - but there is also a designated car parking space right outside. There is an great outdoor swimming pool complex only 2 km away at Koupaliste Lubotin and we also visited the Tatra Truck Museum in Koprivnice - excellent. Air conditioning would have been a bonus.

    Nice and charming place... perfect for relaxation. Picturesque view, close to the nature, calming environment... everything you need for relaxation away from the busy city - suddenly it seems like the time stops. Still, there is plenty to do - walking around, sightseeing, or just walking around the the main square or getting lost in the tiny streets of the village.

    Stramberk is a lovely place to stay with a very pleasant...

    Stramberk is a lovely place to stay with a very pleasant surrounding area too. There is often activity going on in the square and the local pivovar is a good visit for traditional Czech food and drink. Beware of typical Czech drivers though, who tend to largely ignore the village road signs and speed limits!

    Historical little town with friendly people, lovely streets and old houses, very safe, nice for evening walks, Stramberska Truba / tower is beautiful from all view angles and cheat entrance fee. Traditional food and restaurants all cheap and very tasty. 10/10

    What a lovely little village and this apartment was a perfect stay for 3 of us. My father was very happy to take the loft bed!! All rooms were comfortable and the apartment had everything we needed. Lovely host has also organised a breakfast at the hotel next door as part of the booking which was a nice surprise as I didn’t realise it was included when I was booking this place. I can highly recommend this place.

    Location, location and once again location - we were really lucky getting a reservation in this hotel that is situated literally in the heart of beautiful town of Štramberk. We even got the room on the top floor with a view to the center of the town and its main object of interest - the tower. This gave us a chance to sleep listening to the sounds of grasshoppers. We would definitely come back there some time.
