Since the beginning the owner communicate very well with us. The check-in was very efficient, the apartment is very cozy and very well-equipped. It is a nice farm, there are posibilities to visit their animals in the nice stable. This can be a big advantage for children. We selected this location because of its convenient location. It was very close to Vrchlabí and Spindlerův Mlyn. We were attending the World Cup skiing. It was easy to get there from Farma.

Excellent stay! The best thing is super nice staff, helpful with everything! The location is central, but the hotel was quiet and we had a room facing the river (with the sound of water at night). Breakfast is perfect, tasty, with a lot of healthy options too, and there was good choice of food until its end! The restaurant is good too and opened until late. Spa was also very nice. Thank you! We will definitely come back.

The receptionists were just amazing, super friendly, smiling and positive. 5 stars luxury level front desk service and attitude. Restaurant staff also very friendly and professional, short menu but quality food. Big big high five and thank you for such a nice welcome, we will be back
