The staff was very helpful and accommodating to all our needs. The room was spacious and beautifully decorated. The location is superb. We absolutely loved the SPA/Swimming pool area, it has a very warm cozy vibe. The temperature of the water in the pool was perfect, my 7 year old daughter and I have used pool at least twice a day. I've ordered a Classic massage with Ivana and it was wonderful as well. I liked the fact that hotel has a Kid's play room, it's very helpful when you travel with kids. Thank you for that! We have only positive feedback:)

This is an amazing hotel. The staff is friendly and helpful and always ready to assist. The room is very clean. The garden of the hotel is amazing The breakfast is extremely good and varied, tasty and is good for gluten free. The SPA facilities are extremely excellent and the treatments are very good. Prespavali smo u Golf Hotel Karolini, na putu od kuce u Nemackoj ka putu kuci u Srbiji. Hotel je smesten u prirodi nedaleko od Karlovih Vary i savrsena. Sobe su savrseno ciste i predivno mirisu. Dorucak je fantastican i ima veliki izbor svega. O gostoprimstvu vlasnika nemamo reci ni suprug ni ja, tolika iskrena prijatnost i susretljivost od gazde Jozefa nigde nismo imali-prava domaca atmosfera. Definitivno cemo opet ovde odsesti kad god budemo putovali.
