Everything. Katya is very welcoming, cooks very (very very) well and takes care of her client like no one did in Cap Verde. We have spent 2 weeks in Cabo Verde and haven’t met anyone that kind, welcoming and helpful. The place is also amazing. Out of nowhere, facing the sea, natural swimming pool… you name it! Katya also offers a few options to discover Fogo island like pico de fogo.

Yeah hotel very secure clean but needs refurbishment realy heeds staff very good at breakfast at reception cleaner over all my favourite place .I have stay room 212 lovely room but cupboard door furniture need lots attention door as well very young team all very good i will stay again this is 3 time Bed vere comfortable good views to Brava islandas. It was wondeful to stay here. VERY friendly and informative staff - good breakfast providing exactly what You need - comfortable bed - and real fast WiFi. On top of this came a FANTASTIC undisturbed view from the room to a wide canyon and to the Atlantic Ocean where the sound of the wawes gave a true feeling of tranquility. Also the location of the hotel was the BEST in town. On a beautiful square with the old cathedral on one side, the ocean on the other side and the hotel in between. Nothing could have been better for the moderate price. There is some renovation taking place but this gave NO PROBLEMS for my stay...

I lived the old colonial time house, which was transformed into the hotel. Renovation is really well done which preserves the spirit of the building and is very atmospheric. Emmanuel, chef of staff is very friendly and helpful. He also makes great cocktails! Best place to stay in Sao Filipe.

    Two days in Fogo is way too short - but I booked nine more days in the wonderful hotel Ocean View - and that was a perfect lenght for visiting this VERY interesting island Fogo. But DO NOT react to ANYBODY offering You ANYTHING in the street - I had real bad experience with that - a tourist guide cheated mo for one hundred euro plus a wasted day...
