What an amazing place! The cottage is easy to reach, yet you feel completely immersed in nature. The kitchen had everything we could possibly need, and the complimentary coffee was such a treat. Sitting outside, you overlook the beautifully maintained garden, and the host, Anna, even lets you know when sloths are spotted in the trees—a truly unique and wonderful touch! In the area, we loved relaxing in the thermal baths, hiking up the Miravalles Volcano (challenging but so rewarding!), and visiting Rincón de la Vieja. We also took plenty of time to simply unwind, which fit perfectly into our travel plans. On our way there we passed by Rio Celeste, another absolute highlight and well worth a day trip.

Such a beautiful place! I regret we didn't stay longer! The cabins are well equipped, beds are comfortable, everything very clean. Surrounded by a beautiful garden, with a pond and many many plants and trees. We also enjoyed our breakfast while watching hummingbirds. Not too complicated to find, but Google maps was sometimes a bit confused and sent us on a unnecessary detour.

Owner was very accomodating. Breakfast was delicious and chef Isabel was delightful! Visited nearby "Aqua Celeste." It was lovely. The pool is a nice size & safe depth for children. In my opinion, this property is a little too big & kind of expensive for just 1 person. It would be great value for a big family or couples vacationing together.

We stayed here for 1 night but wished we could have stayed longer. Johnny (I think he is the owner or manager), could not have been more hospitable. He welcomed us with a coffee and snacks after a long journey from Nicaragua. He arranged a room with 2 single beds into a double room with air conditioning even though the hotel was busy. He also helped us with transport and recommendations for activities, as well as showing and telling us about all the wildlife that surrounds the hotel. He is so kind. The hotel is very cute and comfortable. The breakfast was filling and delicious, and you eat it whilst sat outside listening to the birds and nature. Would absolutely stay here again!

beautifull jungle walk in the property with access to the beautifull river. Tucans and other birds visited us every morning. two minutes from the villa, is one of the nicest walks to a great watrfall.

Located in nature with a wonderful garden and great community area. The staff is really friendly and the food was amazing. Unfortunately I just stayed two nights there. I would have liked to stay much longer.
