I loved it! Even though I was only there for one night, I'd recommend anyone staying there. Yes, the accommodation is basic, yes it's far away from everything, but the bus can drop you off at the closest intersection. From there it's a 5 minutes walk. I enjoyed everything. The host is so friendly, the view is amazing, bed's cozy, everything.

This was my 2nd stay at Monteza and once again it did not disappoint. The staff are very polite and attentive to every need. Although, my first visit did involve quite a long introduction, this time everything was arranged online in advance. The facilities inside the 'Moons' are what you would expect from a luxury hotel and outside the moons there are several things to enjoy- hammock, swing, jacuzzi etc. We opted for the dinner prepared by a member of the team which was delicious. And a full breakfast in the morning. The views are spectacular and if you are fortunate to have a clear night sky then the stars come out and can be clearly seen from the bed. A truly romantic place to spend a memorable occasion. And from a UK travellers point of view the price is amazing.... I think they are planning a similar experience in Cocorra Valley which I will definitely sample.
