The day I arrived at the hotel, she was very friendly and I asked the girl at the reception if there was a possibility of preparing breakfast for us since the hotel did not have a restaurant. She told me that if they had a cook available, that we should book in advance. The next day, another girl who was on duty told me that she would bring me breakfast herself and it was all a lie. They made me waste my time. Very, very unprofessional towards the customer.

I had a fantastsic stay at the Viajero hostel in Cali. It was in a great location with lots of good restaurants and attractions nearby. My favorite part about the hostel was the staff. Jose and Luis, my salsa instructor, were standouts and always made me and other travelers feel at home. The vibe of the hostel was great and there was always something to do.

Every aspect of this hotel is first class. The check in staff is extremly helpful. Breakfast is excellent . Location was perfect for what we wanted to see and do . Our room was looked after every day by two lovely ladies who did a fantastic job. Overall this hotel and its service helped to make this a truly great trip.     The staff is nice and they put much effort into the room...

    The staff is nice and they put much effort into the room design but it is next to a busy noisy street. The street is the main problem as you cannot sleep well if this bothers you and you cannot use the terrace because of the noise. so all the green tehy like to highlight is not really enjoyable. It feels like being on a motorway. Some cups were dirty as well. The mirror in the bathroom could use more light.
