Absolutely amazing stay for those looking for an authentic place near the great wall. The breakfast was amazing and extremely filling. The key highlight was the staff - they were extremely friendly and went above and beyond to help you get settled and introduce you to the surroundings. It genuinely felt like I was staying with relatives. 10/10 would recommend

The room was large and very well furnished. We were amazed by the cleanliness. The beds were large and extremely comfortable. Anyways my stay at this Cheng Yuan was enjoyable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and relaxing accommodation experience nearby the Great Wall. The coffee is good by the way.

We traveled as a family and our child loved this place. Also the parents of course. So David , the owner, was our guide to the Great Wall - it was amazing and informative. His father cooked for us. Very good!
