Our rooms was clean, spacious, cozy and very relaxing after a long tiring day. We loved the complimentary shuttle going to canton fair and going back to Hotel. We also enjoyed the complimentary social hour and complimentary first round in the mini bar, hope you'll continue doing that.Buffet breakfast was superb. Variety of foods were provided.I would like to commend also your EMPLOYEE named Oscar from the concierge. He is very helpful to us and very fluent in english.=)

The staff were great. They’re cordial, helpful and prompt in their service. We had a lot of help from the front desk manager, Mr Bruce Shi, who showed and assisted us in activating our electronic payment applications and planning our daily trips over the next six days. The swimming pool with sauna and gym were a pleasant surprise.

Historically known as Canton and China’s third largest city, Guangzhou is the birthplace of the most popular type of Chinese cuisine with iconic wonton soup and dim-sum. It boasts an impressive skyline, some of the oldest temples in the country and crowded markets with everything from tea to hi-tech electronics.

The busy city centre mesmerises with its futuristic architecture and beautifully lit skyscrapers but just a short trip away you can find yourself in the quiet haven of Nansha Wetland, a bird sanctuary.     The choice of restaurants was good and the food quality was excellent. We went for business primarily. It’s not a city I would choose for tourism. Extremely disappointed with the Canton Tower experience. Most certainly wouldn’t waste your money on this.

    Guangzhou is a busy city.

    Guangzhou is a busy city. Very crowdy and bustles with activity. The subway is always busy and worse at peak hours. Chinese are generally friendly but their reaction to a black person makes me laugh. Especially the elderly and children

    A Fantastic City - Perfect City with Link Metro subway system the moment one step out from BaiYun International Airport. Plenty of delicious food worth for Money. One can really feel the Charm of Beautiful GuangZhou City walking around Pedestrian Street especially individual personal Safety. Feel Proud, Happily & Safely walking around the City-without Fear of being disturb or rob. Try the Night Ferry Cruise enjoy the beautiful lighting along the Pearl River. Worth For Money.

    Guangzhou is a bustling city and easy for a foreigner to explore. The metro is English friendly and extremely cheap. For shopping go to Beijing Road or walker's street close to Sharmian Island where the White Swan Hotel is. Consider a walk around the island and go back in history to visualize the European settlements and embassies that once controlled the area, it's also had signs in all areas saying, No Dogs, No Chinese. It's worth a look at the old churches and architecture. To escape the heat, take a morning trip to Baiyun mountain, lovely walks, views of the city. For many years I have been a fan of the Zoo, Once nothing but cages and small confined areas now much friendly. Also, pandas on view. If you are into history, there are a few gold mines their and for a lazy night, take a river cruise up the pearl and look at the night lights.

    Guangzhou was an excellent experience.

    Guangzhou was an excellent experience. Remarkably, my son took the metro by himself, the police located him within 15 minutes, several stations away. The variety of food was impressive, although finding addresses in English posed a challenge. However, by the end of the trip I was managing better and will be more prepared next time. With a metro conveniently connected to the airport, it is easy to stay anywhere, as transportation is not a significant concern. Additionally, most metro station staff were helpful to first-time visitors.
