A great hotel for the money. Clean, with daily housekeeping and towel changes. Very attentive reception staff. A special BIG thank you to the manager, Wang Fei. We will definitely return to this hotel on our next visit to Haikou. See you soon))

The well decorated and spacious rooms overlooking the sea and the city in the distance. The staff despite the language difficulty was always friendly and helpful. Special mention to Jack Yang and a girl at the reception ( managed our check out )who were the only ones who could speak a little English.

During my recent stay at the hotel, I was very satisfied with the service and facilities provided. The room was clean, spacious and well equipped. The bed was comfortable and provided a good night's sleep. The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any requests. The breakfast was diverse and delicious, offering a range of options to suit different tastes. The hotel's location was also convenient, close to major attractions and shopping areas. The owner, Lura, is super helpful and meticulous. Our flight was at 11.30 pm, and we requested a late check out. She arranged everything smoothly with an extra charge Y150. The room was clean, spacious and equipped with smart features. We were very impressed with "xiao du". They even provided us with an anti slip mat because we have an 86 years old grandma with us. There was also free supper "green bean soup". Highly recommended!
