The location is central and with self check in and check out, there is no problem in not having a 24h receptionist. The owners are great, always answering the questions in Whatsapp. The bed and the shower are very confortable. We were on our last day of honeymoon and had a very nice gesture from them, with a bottle of champagne. Just a hint, if you arrive by bus in Punta Arenas, the bus stop of Buses Fernandez is closer to the hostal then Bus Sur.

It was clean, nicely located and the owner picked up as from the terminal. We also received a very nice breakfast box because we couldn’t stay for breakfast. If only all places were like this :)

Located just a few blocks away from the downtown area and the waterfront, so can walk places in 10-15 minutes. The room was very quiet even though it faced the street. The room had a small refrigerator. Overall, the room was nice, quiet, and fairly comfortable although not fancy. Wifi worked great. Breakfast was nice, with an espresso drink of your choice, eggs cooked to order, and a selection of pastry and yogurt. Parking is street parking only, with easy access to the main road that leads to the highway.

This is a small hotel, the room had a good size and was spotless clean. Breakfast was included and was very good. The staff is great - very helpful and friendly. They only have a few parking spaces but it was never a problem to get one. The location is perfect, the Plaza del Armas is only a short walk away.
