I wouldn’t recommend to rent this place during the winter...
I wouldn’t recommend to rent this place during the winter time. It was very cold inside of the cabin. We had to sleep in skiing jackets and hats. The owners do not provide heaters and it’s next to impossible to heat up the bedrooms. They have a wood stove that doesn’t make much difference. In addition, we had to wake up every two hours to add wood in the stove. However, I can imagine this place can be lovely if you stay during the summer since the view and surroundings are beautiful.Guest review byYarosh

You are ON the lake! We had some cold days and nights and Sergio always made sure we had lots of wood and the fire was always on. The house was super warm and incredibly cozy, and has everything you need. It is one of the most beautiful settings we have ever stayed in. Really great room, comfy bed, hot shower, nice lighting, fast WiFi, really quiet at night (no barking dogs!!) Use of kitchen to store fresh food and cook. Staff were super nice, and patient with me getting in their way while I cooked eggs. Also got some great recommendations for places to visit after I left Panguipulli.
