Only a short walk from the station and we were in our spacious, comfortable room with a view of the Matterhorn.. The bed was very comfortable and shower was good. The staff at reception were very friendly. The helped us by printing out the tickets when we had to book a train online. The young South American in charge of the kitchen was very friendly and looked after us well. There was a great range of hot and cold breakfast items. This was our third time staying here. It just gets better each time!!

I got upgrade to a bigger apartment room with balcony at free. Room size is very big, all room facilities are perfect. Location is close to the bridge where taking photos of Matterhorn is perfect. Staff are very nice and helpful. Pick up service is excellent too.

The swimming pool and breakfast here were excellent!!!! The matterhorn view with big window is the most memorable view throughout my entire trip in Switzerland. Nice staff, great big room with kitchenette, There are 2 bathrooms!! I guess they are for family.

This hotel was the pick of our trip. It surpassed in any way all the 7 hotels we stayed during our trip. The pools and hotel tubs were amazing. Our room had a balcony, spacious, heated floors in the bathroom. It was a delight to stay there

Loved everything about it.
