The hotel was very well located for the lake and the rail station. I used the jacuzzi but did not get a chance to use the gym. I used the restaurant which was seriously good, I ordered the lamb chops. The staff were very smart and professional.

Very beautiful room and lovely bathroom, friendly helpful service, lots of thoughtful extras like a small gift, welcome drink and snacks, newspaper of choice delivered to my room, turn-down service, and luxurious bath products.     A good jumping off place for work at the UN or generally in Geneva. A very nice little town with plenty of amenities within easy walking distance. Public transport right across the street. Noisy with the train tracks just across the street and jet arrivals every 2-3 minutes from the early morning to about 23:00. The lifts will drive you crazy. Helpful staff, especially Debora at the desk and Joseph in the dining area. There are cheaper alternatives on the French side but less conveniently situated.

    For a small town -- great restaurants within walking distance of hotel. Pastry shop across from the hotel -- amazing. Pizza restaurant down the street was wonderful. Aldi across from the train platform -- perfect for snacks and wine.

    The „Lake Geneva Hotel“ is located some 20min by Tram away from downtown Geneva. That feels just around the corner. Moreover it is close to the lake, but not as close as one would assume from the pictures, as there is the Versoix main street in between. The hotel is close to a supermarket, that we used frequently and found very comfortable that it is there.

    The location was perfect right next to train station which made getting around so easy. The hotel also provided a free travel pass for the time we were there which was excellent as we could use all mode of transport to move around
