The hotel was very well located for the lake and the rail station. I used the jacuzzi but did not get a chance to use the gym. I used the restaurant which was seriously good, I ordered the lamb chops. The staff were very smart and professional.

Very beautiful room and lovely bathroom, friendly helpful service, lots of thoughtful extras like a small gift, welcome drink and snacks, newspaper of choice delivered to my room, turn-down service, and luxurious bath products. Les Armures is a truly exceptional hotel in every imaginable way. The location is outstanding, central to everything, and the historical old town in Geneva is magnificent. Truly excellent quality and quiet rooms, beautiful hotel spaces, pristinely kept and maintained with stellar taste and attention to detail to everything. Excellent delectable food and most importantly amazing staff. We want to express our gratitude for the entire wonderful, helpful, knowledgable reception team especially Karine, also Justine and Daria, and the excellent and kind concierge gentlemen especially monsieur Pascal. We also enjoyed the best Swiss cuisine at Restaurant Les Armures located in the hotel. The whole experience was wonderful for us as a family, Les Armures is a true marker of the excellent and warm Swiss hospitality.
