Excellent location with view over Lake Maggiore. Very professional, friendly and accommodating staff throughout the stay. Dedicated parking. Varied restaurant offerings at breakfast, and particularly fine for dining on site - exceptional wine list of local and regional offerings. Very nice place, perfect for longer weekend. My room was super clean, the place had a nice view and the bed was very comfortable. Easy check-in and check-out. Only few minutes to the lake, about 7 minutes to bus stop. I will definitely come back here.

    Great location with spectacular lake views and good parking facilities. Very convenient for Locarno and Ascona. Very friendly and helpful staff. Hotel facilities excellent. Bedroom very comfortable and spotless and quiet, with a wonderful lake view from the balcony. Fabulous breakfast with a wide array of homemade and local produce, enjoyed in the covered terrace restaurant. Very high quality à la carte dining in the evening. All in all a very memorable experience - we‘ll be back again soon hopefully!

    The B&B is positioned on the hillside next to the lake so the views from the front are wonderful. Breakfast is served at the hotel opposite which has a wonderful terrace overlooking the lake. we had free access to the hotel's canoe and kayaks which was a real treat. There is a regular bus service from outside the hotel in both directions and you get a free pass from reception which we made good use of as it saved us driving/ parking.

    The stuffy were very helpful and we got an updated room, which had an amazing view. Also the hotel located in a calm area so you could relax. For the parking, I would recommend to reserve a parking if you go by a car.
