We had a great stay – the accommodation was excellent value for money and had everything we needed. A special thanks to our host for being so flexible with our check-in time and for the smooth, hassle-free communication throughout. Nice hotel with good location in Zermatt. The breakfast was very delicious with a wide choice of foods. All the hotel staff was super helpful and polite and the apartment was always clean. The apartment had an exceptional panorama to Matterhorn.

    Very nice aan idyllic place if you like to relax and hike. Great place to roam around and visit other places from there. Zermatt was a bit disappointing, but it was also off season. Nice for an afternoon, but beter to stay in Randa.

    I couldn't find the perfect word to describe this place. All I can say is wonderful! This place is located in the small town called "Randa" where you can take a train to Matterhorn. The cleanliness and room decoration was more superb than we think. Additionally, they have plenty of kitchenware which we can fully use when we stayed. Also, the staff was very helpful and friendly.

    The owner of the hotel very generously upgraded our room to include a kitchen so we could prepare hot food in the morning. The side door in our hotel also opened straight out into the snow so we had a nice view. It is located next to trh train station which is very convenient for catching the train straight to Zermatt.

    The room was really cute and cosy. The view of Matterhorn from our balcony was breath taking. I booked this apartment particularly for my dad who wanted to visit Matterhorn. The neighbours were so nice. And Randa is just a 15 minute train ride from Zermatt.
