Staff were so obliging and helpful. Iban and Alex are A+++ employees. I had an executive room. The bed and pillows were just so comfortable. Spacious room with temperature control You didn’t need a degree in physics to work out. Hotel is within easy access to transport and an Aldi Suisse (just an easy short walk). In room coffee and tea maker and free wifi that works well. Highly recommended

The staff was really helpful. They even had a small beautiful surprise for us (birthday card, balloons,toblerone chocolate), because we traveled to Zurich for the 50th birthday of my husband. It was very clean. A large variety of foods in the breakfast buffet. Next to the old city. The photos that was on booking reservation were exactly the same as the reality, so everything fitted to our expectations.

    My wife and I would have loved to enjoy Zurich but we only used the airport for arrival and departure. We rented a car to enjoy Switzerland and I can tell you that the roads were nice and well documented. We also found the airport to be efficient and the staff very friendly.

    Great apartment, convenient location. Zurich hb can be reached easily by public transport from apartment. very clean and well maintained. kitchen is well equipped. apartment has everything that you need for great vacation. host is very nice. she will give you all required information. we had great stay and would definitely book this apartment when we will Zurich again. I recommend it to all for having great vacation.

    The price was okay, and I've liked that they provide a free shuttle from the airport to the hotel, although the directions to where you can find the shuttle isn't really clear. We had waited for more than an hour until someone told us that Hilton Hotel shuttle also drives Apart hotel guests.

    The hotel was well above the level of my usual bookings, so almost everything was perfect :) It is located in a suburb of Zurich, but close to a tram stop from where the center can be easily reached.
