The hotel is centrally located and very close to the main train station. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was beautiful with luxurious bathroom and toiletries. The included breakfast was amazing! I wish I could have stayed longer!

Gabor at the desk had his eye on everything but was never too busy to help me plan my day there! From getting the bus / train pass to visiting the Rose Garden and giving me a map. He also made sure I got an item of clothing back that I had left in the room after checking out. Such welcoming and helpful attention made all the difference in the world!

Rooms very clean and spacious, staff very friendly, easily reachable from the main train station with a bus within a few minutes (don't make a mistake like us to already buy several bern tickets - our stay entitled us to a Bern Ticket from the hotel), WiFi worked perfectly, nice kitchen with a fridge, enough closets. Great communication with the hotel also before the journey.

Great and modern apartments! The location of the hotel is near the historical center and a beautiful park with a panoramic view of the city. Public transport stop right next to the hotel. There is a good breakfast. By the way, the hotel has nice perks when you check in, such as free tickets for the public transport. I will gladly stay in this hotel again.
