The staff is incredibly attentive and friendly, the breakfast buffet is full of choices, and the rooms have amazing views of the Alps. This is my 2nd time staying here and will keep coming back when visiting Crans Montana. Everything was perfect…Highly recommend!

Where do I even begin? This trip was an absolute blast! Both the city and the nearby ski resort blew our expectations. But let's talk about the real star of the show: the hotel. We had a lovely few days here enjoying the spa, restaurant and bar. We also had dinner at another hotel owned by the group, which was excellent. It was a busy weekend at the resort and we were very well looked after by the staff who organised options on and off site for us to enjoy. We loved our room too!
