Lovely well appointed hotel with a great restaurant to eat with a view of the Mountains. Bedroom was small but had everything we needed, great quality to re fixtures and fittings. Staff were lovely.

One of those stays where you end up asking the receptionist on when you can book for the next season! :) The kindness of the staff was excellent, they answered every request we had. THANK YOU for that Eden resort! Our 3 bedroom appt was comfortable, and ideal for our group of 6 friends. Super location, very close to the lifts and the main square. We will def be back in winter 2024 :)

This is a great auberge - beautiful location and great facilities. What really makes it though is the owner and his staff. Unbelievably helpful and hospitable. And the food is really great. Utterly fantastic.

The staff is incredibly attentive and friendly, the breakfast buffet is full of choices, and the rooms have amazing views of the Alps. This is my 2nd time staying here and will keep coming back when visiting Crans Montana. Everything was perfect…Highly recommend!

    The town is an absolute gem to discover.

    The town is an absolute gem to discover. The views are amazing. There was a little town centre where we managed to get our supplies. The town is a must to drive around in. We drove there and made a short trip to Tasch and then took the train to Zermatt, where we visited Matterhorn mountain and this was an unforgettable experience.

    Great ski options, good restaurant at Pas de Maimbre & good ski gondola to get there. The issue is with getting from the centre of the village to the ski gondola, due to steep incline & pavements full of snow & ice. Free shuttle never came & impossible to find parking spaces!

    Good location on the village square, close to restaurant & bars. in full ski season with good snow, it’s also possible to ski down to the square (but right now it was closed so I took the shuttle bus from the cable car). Close to hike starting points as well. Room was big, comfortable, super clean, and the south view was amazing (big balcony!) Friendly staff. The hotel also offers some really interesting rates for the wellness centre, much worth to try after a day of hike or ski :)

    Great location with excellent views. Exceptionally clean inside, good WiFi and a good sized room with a balcony. Breakfast was easily the best I have experienced in a European hotel or pension, which is saying a lot. Our host was the nicest you can imagine, even allowing us to make up a packed lunch each (and slicing bread for the sandwiches). The first photo is a breakfast for two people!

    Clean, pleasant spacious room. Bus for ski lift stops outside. Their Pizza restaurant was very good. Hotel felt warm and welcoming. Worked out well for us for a long weekend.
