The Innkeeper, Brad, was so helpful. Not only does he run the Harbourside Inn, but he is also an outstanding chef! He contacted us a few days before arrival to offer a dinner option since there would not be many other choices open at our arrival. We ordered the fish n chips dinner and it was delicious. What a welcome to our first time in Newfoundland. The breakfast was also super - and he offered a few different breakfast options, which is always a plus. The house is historical and it has been beautifully restored. Our room was clean and spacious, the bed was really comfortable, and the shower had great pressure and water temperature. We only stayed one night, but it was a perfect stop on our holiday. Brad grew up in the area and is very knowledgable about it. Thank you so much!

The property has a million dollar Atlantic view. The antiques that decorate the property are fun. Great Wi-Fi and sayillite TV (I have kids) A very close drive to a big puffin colony on the Atlantic — great photos. Amazing “SHIPPING NEWS” scenery in every direction. A cafe, featuring Newfoundland delicacies, is a located directly behind the property.
