Clean , tidy and well set up! What a lovely place - the Jacuzzi tub was spot on for a cold evening. Pool was modern and the gym ample. Love that it had a dedicated parking space so no need to worry about parking. (BTW - loved the Tim Horton coffee pods! wish we had them in the UK)

Location and room with a balcony view over Lake Simcoe and a gorgeous sunset! The room was spacious with a large double bed and well appointed with mini fridge and coffee making facilities. Good sized bathroom with excellent expelair.

It is located near the city center, next to the supermarket Foodland. Large parking lot. The building is new. Friendly hotel administrators. They settled us right away. The executive suite room consisted of two rooms, one with a kitchen counter, a comfortable sofa and a large TV, a table with a chair, in the other - a bed, a TV, an armchair, a wardrobe. Large comfortable bath, separate washbasin. There is a coffee maker, a hair dryer, an iron with an iron. Large refrigerator and microwave. There is a set of plates, glasses and spoons. The pool, although small, is deep. The water is heated, clean, warm. Outside that day it was -18. Continental breakfast: coffee, juices, sandwich sets, jam, bananas, apples, yogurt and musli. I liked the hotel

    Orillia is a lovely little community

    Orillia is a lovely little community We knew the area well from previous trips There is a shortage of restaurants close to the resort so you need to branch out Wasaga beach is lovely but if busy you need to make reservations

    Great staff who understood our needs and compensated us for...

    Great staff who understood our needs and compensated us for an amenity that was supposed to be included in our room but was not; Convenient location; Easy travel to Orillia where we had lots of choices for eating. If you really want windows/doors that can open (like I do) then this may not be the place for you. With all that fresh air it was a real disappointment that we didn't have access to it unless we sat out on the balcony.

    A PLACE TO SPEND THE NIGHT. THAT IS ALL. AREA NICE. 1. NO HOTEL CLEANING SERVICE. 2. TV HAD TO GET PROGRAMMED BY AN EMPLOYEE, AND THEN WAS POOR CHOICE OF CHANNELS (ABOUT 14) 3. WALL PLUG BY BED (ONE NOT WORKING) HAD TO MOVE RADIO TO GET A PLUG FOR THE LIGHT. SO ONE COULD READ. 4. BED HARD 5. PRICE FAR EXCEEDED THE QUALITY OF THE ROOM. 6. NEVER AGAIN.

    We were very close to the Horseshoe Valley Alpine and...

    We were very close to the Horseshoe Valley Alpine and Nordic Centres. Also, the community of Craighurst was only 10 minutes away. Craighurst has a grocery store (with LCBO outlet), a pharmacy, gas station, specialty Chocolate store, and a full service restaurant. I noted a few other businesses that we did not use.

    Super close to Vetta which was our main reason for staying! Clean and spacious. Staff were very friendly - offered us a later check out (11am as opposed to 10am) with no extra cost. Soap, tea towels and sponges were supplied for the dishes in the kitchenette which is rare for hotels that provide kitchenettes.
