By day, view the falls from the riverfront promenade, or for an up-close-and-personal experience, the Hornblower Niagara Cruise takes you right into the swell. Rain ponchos are provided. Alternatively, there’s the Journey Behind the Falls – a walk through the rock behind Niagara. Handy portholes help you to experience the thundering water.
Slightly downstream are the American Falls, less well-known and less impressive, but worth a look. At night, both falls get illuminated by coloured lights – an incredible sight. Further downstream is the Rainbow Bridge which you can walk across to get an American stamp in your passport. Just check your visa requirements first.
The city itself has 7 golf courses – one is close to the river, so be careful with your swing! Other Niagara Falls attractions include casinos, cinemas and Marineland Canada, featuring the world's largest whale habitat for viewing orcas both above ground and below.

The falls did not disappoint, the Canadian side of the falls were gorgeous. The tour behind the falls and the observation decks were a great experience! I would recommend the Skylon tower, behind the falls tour and the boat ride by the falls! I love to visit this area! I return almost every year! Was there last year 3x and this was my 2nd trip this year. The WEGO bus is the best way to get around to all the attractions for a reasonable price. Its very easy to get around Niagara Falls. If you are prepared to walk, you can find all day parking for $10 near AI Buffet Breakfast and Dinner. The breakfast here is very reasonably priced and enjoyable. Sky Wheel is great for couples and families. Maid of the Mist Tour is truly iconic! Journey Behind the Falls is a must! The Floral Clock is very beautiful! There’s something for everyone in Niagara Falls. Games, rides, great food, shows, walking paths, and The Falls!!! There are so many restaurants and attractions. You’ll never be bored. Remington’s early bird couples’ dinner special is a gold mine. Singing wait staff, delicious food, great price. Coco’s pizza and entertainment good for late night fun.
